Barring any player departures (looking at Lukaku, Cech, Bertrand Ramires & Mikel), it will probably be:

1 - Courtois, Azpi, JT, Cahill, Luis, Matic, Fabregas, Hazard, Oscar, Willian, Costa.

2 - Cech, Ivan, Zouma, Chalobah, Bertrand, Mikel, MVG, Salah, Schurrle, Ramires, Lukaku.

Mou likes his essential 2 squads so there's a replacement in every position plus an extra GK and striker to make 24 like you said.

If any of the aforementioned players left then we could just replace them with similar players, hopefully young English ones if possible.
