Question, why do we have a Real Madrid thread? (despite posting in it yesterday forgot to mention it lol) Not trying to be a bellend or anything just I dont see why we have one.... Maybe there should just be a Jose Mourinho thread.

or a WE HATE REAL MADRID thread

Even better. Despite liking Madrid when Zidane played for them (favourite player).

i posted my reasons, so back track if you want to get educated on the topic, cheers.. :blue scalf: :yay::clown:

Rather than go for the very best players in each position like yourself, I'm going to go for something I think would be more functional. Just my opinion. My teams has less stars and is much more defensive in nature...

Too many players I have left out like: Ferreira, Essien, Ballack, Alonso, Casillas, Lucio, Samuel, Maicon, C.Ronaldo, Deco, Sneijder, Robben, Ozil, Ramos, Cudicini, Ceasa among others.

Drogba

Eto'o - Lampard - J.Cole

Cambiasso - Makélélé

A.Cole - Terry - Carvalho - Zanetti

Čech

Regarding the dream formation topic, i couldnt elaborate as i was getting rushed to leave somewhere, the point spiegel is that that team you posted would be in no way a dream formation for ME, using mourinho's players, because its just not effective enough, and it makes sense really, id rather have something as vertical and fluid as the current real madrid, with a bit of tweaks to improve it, instead of that kind of static midfield, its not the best formation and i think i explained it well.

Let me reiterate now that i have time, my formation would most likely be..

Casillas-Better than Cech In My Opinion.

Maicon- Could defend well, and attack superbly, another cole, and id rather have that than be limited to the defending of zanetti.

Carvalho-Could put ramos in the future as i like ramos' ability to attack, his balls towards the attack, and his headers are amazing.

Lucio-Ramos could be the ball playing cb, and lucio that indestructible pillar, id prefer him over terry and pepe, or samuel.

Cole- Coentrao could make a case, marcelo if he defended could too, but cole @ prime is one of the best ever imo.

Alonso-Spreads balls majestically although his mobility is faulty, maybe i could put lampard but i dont know how good he would be in that kind of cm role, i think sahin could break into this line up if he shows his worth which he will, as he can be as good as alonso and even better as he has great mobility, and is great at age 23.

Ballack-could bring balance, recover balls, and do a majestic job.

Robben-Without his frame made out of glass, is a no brainer, a midfield of sahin ballack, and a defense such as that one would be more than enough to be free of the need to have a VERY hard working winger, robben tracks back enough.

Ozil- part of jose's most creative team ever, a no brainer for me.

Ronaldo- Meh, ill put him albeit he could cause some problems.

Eto'o- Sorry drogba but eto was just simply the best at his top.

-----Casillas----

Maicon--Carvalho--Lucio--Cole

Alonso--Ballack-

Robben-Ozil-Ronaldo

Eto'o

with a 433 possibility as well, im talking about a permanent line up btw.

Subs: Drogba, Cech, Cambiasso, Zanetti, Terry, Coentrao, Lampard, Joe Cole, Sahin. Maybe Sniejder.

Its part of my vocabulary, i didn't mean it in a degrading context though, ill try to remove it from my usual vocabulary, if its annoying ok? B)

And anyways, several guys have come here to have nice discussions with me about real, just as i decided to join an entire forum to learn about chelsea ( should get better once this boring transfer thing goes by as i have stated countless times before), i decided to put this place incase anyone cares for it, and apparently some do. So ya... :blue scalf:

The so called superstar tactic doesn't always work well.

I think you need to look for a balance in terms ambitious younger hungry players and experienced heads.

Mourinho did this well at Chelsea, there were the more obvious players who he signed/were at the club and the players who we might of thought were a gamble/less known to the fans. Mourinho took them and turned them into superstars. They were obviously ambitious players hence why they were so successful under Jose. I think when a team has that balance with some experience and a lot of ambitious, hungry, younger players they can go far in terms of success. Also they need a great coach like Jose/Carlo/Del Bosque/Sir Alex too.

Do you also know how stupid Real are letting go of Makalele? Lol basically proves my theory about the global superstars tactic. Makalele (underrated, not considered a "galactico" if you will) left and the so called "Galacticos" fell apart basically. :)

or maybe you should get educated and find a new bit of vocabulary to replace it :Goober: na I joke, I joke.

I think that what you are saying is that great balance and respect is needed in various forms in a team, and i truly agree with that. You cant and shouldnt always build and fill your teams with superstars with big ego's that cant work in a competent team and to top it off with a incompetent manager and management.

Real Madrid 2004-2006 was one of the worst management periods in relevent football history that i can remember, and the failure to a certain extent of the galactico's project, left the club with an unfixable (for now) image in a certain context of course, regarding how this club deal with it self. If you look at how we function right now though, theres no way to improve, its almost immaculate for me.

Real Madrid 07-09 was also filled with bullsh@t but to a lower extent, we did have that clown calderon at charge..

Perez came in with stupid crap too by throwing robben and sneijder to the garbage bin, but i dont really regret that to a degree as one might think. His biggest mistake is buying kaka which led to the leaving of sneijder, the fact that they were calderon's star buys and not his, also meant he wanted a revolution at madrid. 09/10 perez brought the bulk players, 10/11 mourinho arrived and brought some more players to complete it more, 11/12 we gave it our first run in top form and could have won a treble as far as im concerned, and bear in mind the team is still young.

Makalele, Del Bosque, Hiero, Mcmanaman, went out.

Beckham in..

Signified the falling of madrid for quite some time as we preffered money and fame over brains and respect in many ways.

Chelsea has had some bad years too in management, scolari, grant, youre lucky it wasnt as bad as our situation, and you had a very good bulk of players.

I just hope Abramovhic doesn't get any more ideas like Perez did. Torres and Sheva were/still is awful. Wouldn't say Scolari was as bad a manager as he was made out. He tried to do what AVB tried to do last summer with the same players, to move them on but it didn't work. We played some quality stuff under Scolari and Deco was quite good for a while. Then it just went tits up :(

Think you're going way out of line. Since when did you have the power and control to decide what stays and what goes and when did you think you could just come here and dictate to us? Your arrogance is quite shocking.

Well if he was wrong it would have been taking down the minute I stated this on page 2.

No mod or Admin did nothing, so he is right.

Is not going anywhere!

I can't deal with it unfortunately, you're right but if i was a mod, i would. I can continue to abuse it tho and make my point on what this shit is, it does waste a few of those boring hours before i go to sleep and it's always fun. I give you credit tho, most of the ppl here have bought into your shit with Real Madrid arse kissing and you have managed to get 8 pages here and have made yourself known so i congratulate you for that. I can't even believe i donated to this forum and have to read shit like this but hey, ho that's life, gotta deal with life's shit haven't we :D and of course there will be members like you seeing how long you can be a prick for until you're sorted out, all good tho, you're doing a pretty good job so carry on. I would turn a blind eye to it and ignore it but i just simply don't want to so i wont. This thread is just my pre season entertainment before i can post about stuff that actually matters, coincidentally that stuff is why this forum was created.
