It takes three armies to do that. Americans-NATO from the west, Russians-Turks from the north, India from the east.

Trump said again the other day he will fight deep state and democrats have reputation of being puppets to deep state. People like to hear this. And when you put attempts on him like on JFK it's clear why there is this heroic status. He is saviour of America.

That wont happen - Russia and Iran are exchanging missiles. There's also thing called air warfare and drones these days

Who could have guessed it? Just a matter of hours after the US election result was announced, Trump’s allies flat-out admitted that Project 2025 was the plan all along.

 

It looks like America is heading towards the theocratic, authoritarian vision laid out by the far-right Heritage Foundation -

despite Trump distancing himself from it during the election campaign . What does that mean for US democracy…and how might it affect us ?

 

Here’s what we know so far:

Various authors of the Project 2025 Report are now jockeying for positions in the new government;

Work has begun on plans to fire tens of thousands of non-partisan federal civil servants, and to replace them with Trump loyalists;

Rumours are swirling that high-level government officials are being made to swear a loyalty pledge – including senior military personnel.

Trump’s team has begun work on a mass deportation plan that will give federal agents unprecedented powers to invade homes and communities, with a bottomless budget to pay for it.

Part of that plan includes new “denaturalisation” powers, which would allow the US government to strip any Americans of their citizenship.  Trump can use this as tool to crush opposition and dissent.

I 'm talking about operationally three armies, I did n't say it can happen.

The nuclear weapons is a necessary evil. We can't go back in time and say to the scientists "don't discover the neutron".
Then a sort of divine providence denied Hitler the bomb and as for Werner Von Heisenberg who said he cheated Hitler and failed to deliver the bomb, he was lying to the allies.
We now cannot stop making bombs or they will get us.
We could n't stop the Soviet Union either.
Because the Manhattan project was kicked off in 1941 with a fair amount of theoretical knowledge of the subject and was concluded in July 1945 with the first exploding device.
If then Stalin starts in 1945 again with a fair amount of theoretical knowledge what will happen next ? The Rosenbergs and Klaus Fuchs helped but a little.
The question is to stop proliferation to rogue nations and Bin Laden who are likely to use the nuclear weapon for a sneak attack and if we don't do it we are burying our heads in the sand.

I discovered a bookshop with great -but voluminous- books about nuclear science and engineering right in the middle of an old neighnourhood of Athens ! It's a new publishing company. I 'm going to buy some.

Some things cannot work unless he introduces a dictatorship, after the style of Nicolas Maduro perhaps.
Stalin no matter how mean he was could have done nothing without a dictatorship - the Soviet people would eventually have voted him out and Mitsotakis in (n.b. for whatever that is worth).
So Trump must introduce a real dictatorship and do away with the constitution, if he wants to keep playing that sort of football.
