I was going to post something similar. The likely winner with a memorable hattrick on the biggest stage.

Early days and all, but I can't help feeling that Mbappe was just another one of Perez's toys. An upgrade on Joselu & a starting defender would have suited them much more.

Mbappe is by FAR his best as the LWer

but he cannot sit down Vini Jr as their starting LWer

so he is stuck playing at CF, which does not suit him

and unlike Rodrygo (who is also right footed, like Mbappe and Vini Jr) Mbappe hates RW

as does Vini Jr

Håland would be a better fit for Real than Mbappe is, IMHO, barring Vini Jr being shipped to the Saudis for £250-300+ million (which is the rumour for a month plus, BUT Real would be insane to do that, it would only happen if Vini Jr says ok, fuck off with the insane racial abuse he suffers in Spain, and then I still think he would rather come to the EPL than the fucking head-chopper joke league)

I still think Håland ends up at Barca IF they liquidate enough to afford him (and they have the players to liquidate to pull it off)

You're spot on with Vini. Racism is probably the only thing that would force him to leave RM, as he clearly loves the club.

I'd be very surprised to see Haaland end up at Barca, all things considered. Mbappe has mentioned his fondness for the EPL, so a swap deal could potentially become a possibility unless City finally get what they deserve.
