More like if you want the premier league team, then put the reserve side/youth do that!England is the only country I see with 4 cups for regular team.If you make the Carling Cup the way it is minus the regular teams from the PL and add the reserves, then that would be a descent step up of competition for the reserves. As regular teams don't care much about Carling cup!That's the same as current reserve league, a game in 3-4 weeks. They need regular games. They need regular games.Yeah but at least is something.But then I realize that smaller teams from the premier might not have a bigger reserve team as say a Chelsea, United or City.AVB should be more concerned about his team than nonsense B-team talk.This is silly thing to say.So a manager is wrong to think long term?Chelsea needs a long term manager, so a manager that wants to have a plan for the future is great!
