You don't pay £50 million for a component and then exclude it because it doesn't work well with others. With better passing and movement he can return to a 20 goals-per-season player. He's still better than some of those you listed and not far from others.But my point was that there are starters in top 6 who are not better than Ramires. Barry is the best example.
