Do any of you remember Mario Stanic?

He's "child of Zeljeznicar" my favorite home-town club in Bosnia. Zeljo is also a blue club and that's just another connection.

The majority of Zeljo fans are Chelsea fans as well :)

Haha I remember his first goal was an absolute cracker of a volley, did some keep ups then smashed it home against west ham i think. Fantastic goal!

I know, I hate it when people call you a gloryhunter because you started supporting Chelsea after Abromovich came. I swear when I became a Chelsea supporter I had no idea who he was! I supported Chelsea because of Chelsea! I just felt so attached to the club, seeing the fans waving the flag with the blue lion (my favourite animal), the team in royal blue (my favourite colour), the lovely Stamford bridge, I just knew this was the team for me!! :getin: Oh… I was the only Chelsea supporter in my secondary school, everyone else supported Man u or Liverpool… Haha I used to annoy them so much, especially when we beat them! :D

So, yeah. Welcome! Support and love Chelsea, you wont regret it! blue%20scalf.gif

Same here, except everybody else I knew supported only Manu... they didn't even know anything about football or what was going on, they just liked to rub it under the nose when manure won. Most manu supporters I know are glory hunters who don't really give a shit, when asked about current players they can't name anybody except for Ronaldo or Rooney lol.... Never in my life have I come across this type of Chelsea supporters though, and sadly I know no chelsea fans in real life.

When ibwas 15 I had a Man UTd home jersey and athe black colored away jersey both sponsored by Sharp.

I bought them cus I wanted a jersey to wear while playing soccer and my best frd suggested I buy the Man Utd replica jersey and so I bought the home and away jersey sponsored by sharp. Got them for 120 rupees

I even have a picture in it. Haha.

But the irony is I used to love it when they lost cus I was sick of hearing how good they r from my frd.

I actually have a manu shirt too, I think the 3rd or away kit from 1999, has Beckham's name on it. I don't know where I got it, very rarely wear it (when all my other shirts are dirty). But later I got Terry shirt and shorts (a bad replica with 2 stripes on sleeves instead of 3 :D), a Chelsea cap and a towel... so I guess it has redeemed my sins

I became a Chelsea fan after the 2006 WC, we were in England watching the games and I became an England fan. So when the cup was over, I went looking for a team. I found that 5 of the England players played for Chelsea especially my two favorites (Terry and Lamps) so that is who I supported. :) Now I am firmly addicted!! The only jerseys I own other than Chelsea are ones for England and the Netherlands.

My kids collect jerseys and have ones from China, Poland, France, England, Mexico, Brazil, several Brazilian teams, Krakow, Belgium, Germany, Inter (I know I shook my head when he wanted it but it was only $20 (US).
