He took Atletico from a team that normally finished way off the title to league champions (most two sided league in world or was), won copa del rey, won europa league, won UEFA super cup, won Supercopa de Espana and got to 2x CL finals... all in 5 seasons. Shambolic yeah? He's probably taken them as far as anybody can take them without having £150m to spunk each year on world class talent like Barca or Real do, he's definitely overachieved there and that's mainly due to him and his coaching, they are probably the toughest team we've faced up bar Peps record shattering Barca and the Bayern team in 2012 (they absolutely battered us at times). He's also been La Liga coach of the year 3 times in 5 years so there it is it confirms he is definitely a shambolic coach.

Our problem isn't passing the ball, it's creating quality chances. That's down to the manager. Leicester City is a perfect example of how influential a manager is when it comes to changing overall identity of a team. He's inherited a team that barely survived relegation and now they look like a decent team.Look at Madrid. The free flowing team from last season that scored goals for fun are now looking inept offensively. A team that created most of their chances by playing slick possession football now put more crosses in than a David Moyes team( I'm exaggerating but you get the point).

Why are you comparing us to Madrid? We don't have those type of players capable of making atrocious managers look good. That's something you will have to live with.
Why do people bring up the UCL win like we pulled a Greece 04 and played magnificent defensive football? We won because of Cech, luck and Drogba. That back four was breached multiple times in three games of football and it should have been a blow out. We were comprehensively outplayed from start to finish in.all those games.

A team of this calibre should ditch this mentality and start living to its reputation.

I had to actually check this because I couldn't believe it was authentic. The arrogance of this man knows no bounds. He should be sacked for this. Start Fabregas we lose, don't start Fabregas we lose. Same thing with Ivanovic, Oscar, etc. This goes much deeper than player selection like some think. This team is beaten even before kick off. It's just an accumulation of mess ups that led to this crap hole, and the club can't get out.

It's not like people aren't happy when we're beating team on the same level than us. For example I remember this place was rocking when we beat Man City away in 2014 or knocked PSG out in the Champions League.
