It is not easy to transform a lackluster team into a creative flair team. Even half of the season may not be sufficient let alone 3 matches.

Respecting the opponents is good thing but it is more important to have faith on ourselves. I am extremely happy on how thing are running here. It is not important how would we do in 2011-12 but I am looking for our bright future throughout this decade and thereafter. I am not hesitant to say that with our new transfer policy we are heading in a right direction. Although in the first three matches some concerns can be raised but 3 games prove nothing. And to be very honest last 20 mins of the last game sparked lots of optimism within me. So to make a long story short I am really not interested to predict our position what interest me are the playing and team building philosophy. Cheers !!
