We really do need someone like Hazard and/or Mata who are young enough to be in the squad for a large amount of time and can adapt further in that time, but also the quality which we lack now. That way, not only would we be benefiting now but for the long run also. I would love both of them here, and with Hazard being able to play in the center also, he would add more vital options when injuries and suspensions occur.

What is with AVB and sitting on the grass

If there is nothing on either club site, then i won't take it with a pinch of salt. How reliable is that blogging site anyway? Kalas is a class player, and looks like another big defending prospect.

You can't build a squad with a large frequent of money and expect them to play off the bat! They need a man with an imagine and a style to create them in. Jose had a playing style, Carlo had a playing style. We got success under both managers, but Carlo indeciveness ruined it for him, and wasn't given the patience he probably should have got. The transfer are irrevelant. Look at Man Citeh, it has taken them about three seasons to finally find a winning style - which is not 100% frequent enough.

I thuink we did well. At such a good start, and with Jose we accumlated an team with a back-bone and with a face and leader. When Jose went, there hasn't really been a face to the squad or a leader except JT and Lampard, but that should be the role of a manager. Carlo looked like he could have been it after the numerous failuires - but he became another casualty. With AVB, we can either have the actually face but Roman HAS to give time to develop a completely NEW identity with the squad. We acheived alot under Jose and really never had the consistent level to win more except with Carlo.
