1) Changing managers too often 2) Buying players with no real plan. This has left the team with no real style of play and a very unbalanced . If we stuck with AVB we would have been out of transition by now. Hardly anyone was willing to be patient and accept maybe dropping out of the top 4. Now we have a manager that it good enough to see us through a transition and keep us competitive in all competitions.

For the sake of his career and our club, I would suggest this. Cash in on Mata and buy Witsel. Witsel won't be cheap but we should be able to get a good amount for Mata. Mata does not fit in this team anymore. When he's not sitting on the bench, he looks lost on the pitch
