The thing is jose comes to your club then he creates a huge bond with the fans then he fucks off into the night. So if lamps long term future is damaged by what jose was doing jose really does not care jose lives for the moment. The thing is its a lot easier for josh to make the step up then gael. Gael is a winger/playmaker, young centre midfielders find it so much easier because the game runs through the middle and they have the assurance of support at all times. Young forward players find it much harder because of limited space and area to move into. Look at anderson and nani at man utd, anderson started his man utd career like a house on fire because he was playing through the middle. Nani took a few years like ronaldo and now he has become one of the best wingers in our league.
