Out of all positions the midfield is the hardest to play in a big match because that is were the game is won and lost. You can get away with it if you play a young winger but a young midfielder in the engine room is taking the piss. Jack wilshere has big game experience, last season he played in big games for Bolton and it was a steep learning curve for him. This season because of arsenal's poor midfield options and Fabregas being injured he has a big big chance, Chelsea fc's midfield is just too strong. The spine of the team is too important, bruma and josh will have to wait and rightly so !

Please stop over hyping josh like this in your arm chair in south Africa. Josh will be a future Chelsea first team stalwart but the last thing we want to do is turn him into a media dog like rooney and gazza. I would love for us supporters to not over hype him and for josh not to speak to the media a lot. I want us to create a paul scholes type situation were the media don't know much about josh and the media not getting into his head.

The maradonna dribble was a great goal but it is nothing we have not seen before. We have seen great solo goals in the past and presence, zidane's goal was just unbelievable he knocked the wind out of everyone's lung when he did that. The maradonna goal could of been done by ryan giggs or arjen robben or even messi, the england team were intimidated, name a player that could of done zidanes goal ?

This is an away game that i always think if we can get a point im happy. The fact that villa have been so poor has gave me more confidence this year.

I thought in the first half Mikel's long range passing was superb. Essien was brilliant too and malouda was running at them like he had a point to prove, him and anelka actually. Kakuta was starved of possesion because carlo clearly told the team to exploit Marseille right side with malouda and ash. The thing that impressed me with gael was his ability to track back and put a foot in to stop them from getting crosses in the box.

I think kakuta will get a goal tonight !

I think he is a more complete player than Adam Johnson, he can do the things Johnson does but he also has superior vision and shooting technique. The Newcastle game was difficult for Gael because Newcastle defended really deep.

I think the flak sturridge is getting is a bit harsh he did not play well in 2 games.

I hope kakuta starts because he will add to the potency of anelka along with malouda, both malouda and kakuta can create goals and score goals.

To be honest though i can see in slowing down dramatically soon, still a superb midfield player though.

I don't understand why he would do this he will never make a return on investment.
