That's it guys i have had enough. I have defended AVB up to now and i have just come to the realization that its not all to do with the players he has at his disposal. The guy is a very inexperienced tactician and he is really showing his inexperience. His substitutions are shocking his tactical instructions are school boy and this is coupled with a demotivated squad, he has no motivation skills at all and even if he did have the right players this guy would struggle. I said i would give him to the end of the season but i have seen enough, he's too young he needs to manage a good euro side until he reaches his 40's at least.

They are acting like Torres has not had chances, his chance conversion rate is one of the lowest in the country. He has Mata who is one of the highest assist makers in the league.

I would switch the formation to a 4-4-2 with Sturridge and Mata upfront. I would play Mata just behind him with Ramires on the right and Malouda on the left. I would tell Mata that his primary job is to drop into space create chances for the whole side. Meaning Malouda and Ramires have the option to burst forward whenever they want.

We need to defend really deep in Italy and invite them to put us under pressure then break forward with Danny's pace. If we go toe to toe in Italy we could get smashed like we did at Monaco all those years ago despite being a man up. Counter attack needs to be the formula...................... if AVB goes with a high line in this game we will get tonked and he will deserve to be sacked in all honesty. I would stick Sturridge and Lukaku right up the pitch with a tight 4 in midfield clogging the holes were Lavezzi will try to penetrate.

We've got a guy at this club who has gone 20 games without a goal. 1000 mins on the pitch without a goal, once upon a time Europe's most deadliest striker. The Striker position is up for grabs and no one should complain that Danny wants it because the guy playing in that position at the moment doesn't want to shoot anymore. He's not being ''cocky'' he's just being real, Torres can't just keep playing because he's already gone most the bloody season without a goal.

@FrancoZola I'm 100% backing him over this. We have one of the most promising young forwards in Europe and we are playing him out wide because he has ''PACE''. You'll never see Micheal Owen or Pato or Ian Wright playing on the wings, we always try to turn any striker with a little pace into a winger (Square pegs in round holes). Anelka played his whole Chelsea career out wide and when we put him in the middle he bloody won the golden boot. He is brilliant at taking on his man out wide but he's a Striker and at Bolton he was taking the piss out of Premierleague defenders WEEK IN WEEK OUT with players like Nigel Reo-Coker in midfield. Torres hasn't scored a goal since September, imagine if you were Sturridge what would you think ?

I will start it off, i would say i'm working class even though i run a family restaurant. I think class is not purely on your wage structure but rather your social tendencies. A YouGov poll done in 2010 said that the majority of people in the poll thought a salary of between £40,000 and £60,000 is middle class but i think its more then just your ''salary''. Gregg we don't cause that much trouble in major tournaments mate. We're colourful and cheerful and we always want to have a good time. The Spanish never cause trouble neither do the French and Italians, the Germans only react to when the English start trouble. The polish are bad too.

There was a few scuffles with Germany and Poland but the German fans v England fans was the biggest problem in the whole tournament. If Roman expects AVB to win anything with that squad then he is massively mistaken. This is the worst Chelsea side since probably the mid 90's before Zola arrived. The Desailly side of the late 90's early 00's was a better team in my opinion, this current Chelsea side lacks skill and vision. We are so far away from what we should be and for the first time in a long long time Tottenham look like a much better side then us. Listen Idiot, Torres was one of the best finishers in Europe when we signed him. Yes his creativity has got better and I'm over the moon with that because I value assists but we are all massively disappointed with his dire goal record of 3 goals in 33 games. I can let a striker go if he's chipping in with a goal every 3 games but then he's also assisting the players around him but not when he can go from September to fucking February without a goal IN ANY COMPETITION. We will not be getting 20-30 million from Torres. I'm sorry but the premiership is a worldwide product now, every club has seen his diabolical stay at Chelsea.
