Spurs are just trying to flex their muscles, Hazard would be part of a rotation system at that club. He would have to compete for one of the wide positions and Spurs have had one of the most consistent wide players in the Premierleague. Hazard would not even get into Man City's first team, he would play cup games like Adam Johnson and it would destroy his development. Man Utd have too many good quality wide men in Young Nani Valencia and Park ! We have by far the the worst winger/attacking midfield combination probably out of the top four. Mata ain't a winger and neither is Sturridge, both players have done relatively well in wide area's because they both posses traits that a winger would need. Sturridge has pace and finishing and Mata has a good cross and ball control. The good thing is Kakuta is doing really well in France and he's getting good reviews, he looks like his confidence is back and he's playing consistently !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@FrancoZola I don't think that system would be possible though because players like Hazard would rather go to a club that is willing to pay him full whack when he gets bullied off the pitch against sides like Stoke. Players would lose too much money when they lose form too which is natural, the whole league would have to do it to make it viable. I thought about it for a while and i really liked the idea but i have seen too many holes in it now.
-
Is it just me or has Kakuta grown significantly ?
-
Here we go again ! come on boys just give us a return on investment on your wages this time.
-
I don't think anyone has questioned his ability, he just needs games like Sturridge did and he'll come back stronger next season.
-
I heard about that and I think its disgusting. I'm not a fan of AVB but supporters think they can do whatever they want these days just because they have paid to watch the game in the stands.
-
This guy could go the rest of the season without a goal.
-
I haven't watched the match yet but just reading the comments on this thread and looking at the score line tells me that its the same old shit. I just hope these boys can find something for the Napoli game because Napoli will be up for it !
-
I think his ball keeping skills could take the sting out of Napoli and give us possession advantage which could be vital in Italy. I just hope I don't see what we normally see with these type of games, the opposition score early and the stadium erupts into a utopia and from then we are on the racks.
-
If we can stop Levezzi and Hamsik then i think Cavani will struggle with supply. I would play a tight 3 in midfield !
-
You obviously have never played in a football team before at any level Laura. Team bonding is the most important thing in the game. The players don't only see each other only on the pitch they see each other multiple times over the week whether they are in training or in team bonding exercises. I think its a problem that needs to be sorted out in this league as a whole, you have players like Tevez and Bosingwa who have been in this country for years and they can't speak the language. You need to learn the language !
-
If you look at it properly, Bosingwa, Ramires and David Luiz can't speak English they only speak Portuguese so they basically rely on each other. So there is a natural tribal divide going on and its showing on the pitch which ain't good. How can you have team unity when half the bloody first eleven can't even have a conversation ? An interpreter can be used but lets be honest that ain't the same ! David Luiz and Ramires have been here for over a year now and Bosingwa has been here for years and they basically can't be bothered learning the language. Tevez has been in England for yonks and he can't speak English at all. I could hardly speak English when I arrived in England in the 90's but I had to learn quickly because its a horrible barrier, the language barrier is a horrible horrible horrible barrier and it has to be broken down.

How can Chelsea claim to be rebuilding...

Yeah its disgraceful, Kaka was also a 2 season wonder we also wanted him lol . We should never sign a high profile player ever again. The signings that usually do well at Chelsea are the 22-25 year old with established European pedigree players. Drogba, Essien, Robben, Mata, Sturridge, Ramires, Carvalho, these are the types of players we signed for 16-25 million who were not world class when they joined but not that far off and they all needed a big club to shine at a decent age. -
We are the perfect club for him then. He wants games, we can give him that lol look at the state of our winger department hahaha. He wants to play at a high level, we can still offer that too and we can afford to buy him. If we get him then this will be the most exciting signing since we signed a 20 year old Robben and a 23 year old Essien.

I agree...... we all gave him him the period were Drogba was gone because we thought it might of been Drogba's stature at the club. Now we know he is finished not only physically but also mentally, he's going through what Raul went through. If we can get 10 million then we can put that towards a new young winger and get him off the wage bill. -

No Henrique, you're the twat on this forum. He never said anything negative about you being Brazilian, he has just caught you out and now you're playing the nationality card. -
We have actually not won one game this season without Ramires which is shocking. This is in all competitions by the way . Ramires is the only player we have who can take the fight to the other team from midfield, he can make 1 run forward and suddenly the opposition are in trouble.
-
Do you want another stat ? Torres has 5 goals in 46 games since he arrived at the club. Listen Idiot he's just not good enough and we have the right to expose how shit he has been.
-
The kid probably doesn't want to arrive at a club that is struggling like ours. If I was him I wouldn't touch Chelsea with a 30 foot stick. He has much better options then us !
-
I don't understand why people hate Spurs ? I think its because I have never lived in London.

Ronaldo was a freak lol but he lacked impact in big games away from home. He only did well against the Arsenal away from home, he never scored or assisted in either Anfield or Stamford bridge in the 6 years he was in England.
-
It never works out this way though. Name a teenager that a big club has signed in recent years that has broken through the reserves into the first team ? The only young players who succeed are the ones who are clearly good enough for first team football NOW, like Arjen Robben or Wayne Rooney. Patrick Bamford is the same age as Alex Oxlade Chamberlain and the Arsenal player is already Premiership quality. If your not special at that age then you have to stay at your club and break though and make an impression then if you're good enough you'll get your move to a big club, like Essien and Eto'o both players moved when they were 23 years old which is a fantastic age.
-
Try something new for this game Boas pleeeaaassseee.
-
I don't know why we bother with these youngsters. These young players are wasting their time at such a big club this early, he could of been playing Championship football next season for Forest. Young players should only be signing for a club as big as Chelsea if they are as good as Robben or Micheal Owen in their teens otherwise its a waste of time. These players should look at a big club when they get to around 23-25 like Eto'o. He will now have to contend with big name strikers at the club for the next 5 years, he will go on loan then he will fade into nothingness and we'll forget about him.
