He seems to behave if slash joins in tho you gotta be lucky there i guess, if he is comming with them or not Axl prolly doesn't care anymore if its without him
-
Well got to correct myself, we waited 80 minutes it seems! In the rain... and like i said he sounded awfull then: in 2010 we had slash covering guns n roses songs (with his own band/not guns n roses) then in 2012 (wasn't there, was with slash tho): they started 10 minutes earlier even (prolly to make up for it) and that performance was way better (took paradise city twice, good one to compare) Graspop history: http://www.graspop.be/nl/history/door-de-jaren-heen went 5 times, from 2005-2010 i mostly enjoyed iron maiden, aerosmith & kiss of those headliners iron maiden is awesome live, i just saw they are coming again this year, must be like the 6th time in 10 years
-
Heh i dont really see anyone writing him off tho We were just a bit dissapointed by his passing in that game, something thats usually (very) good. And he even didnt have such a bad game tho, wasn't the worst on the pitch on our side, was working hard to make up for it prolly, which is a good thing!

Guns n roses live... not a really good combination knowing Axl's temper, been able to see them twice at graspop here in Belgium, once he was awfull, 30 minutes late & i no condition to give a good performance, 2nd time was awesome, so well perhaps it was a bump there Kinda sad ive never seen them with slash tho.

If they board decides to sell him (which i think would be extremely stupid but well), they really should include a buy-back clause, fe sell him for 15M , be able to buy him back for 20/25M within 2/3 years because theres a high chance they will regret it if they dont.

Well yeh defence is very important ofcourse, but i saw some games at atleti/NT this years where any non topkeeper wouldve let some in, thats why i also think he would prolly be able to avoid to get in 70 and only 55 orso at southampton compared with their current goalkeeper, but this is difficult to discuss anyways. He's an amazing fella tho, as said in Courtois topic, he has 24 clean sheats out of 41 games, and i know part of that is due to him only since athleti defence is not that good, for instance our away game with NT against macedonia(out), serbia(out), schotland, any non top keeper wouldve let one in there prolly, thats why i think this. Sometimes you see keepers having a very good/lucky day and keeping some impossible shots out to get a clean sheet, Courtois has this in like 1/2 of his games, ive seen him getting bombarded at genk and still manage to get away with a clean sheet, the saves like de gea vs mata in manchester game (with his leg) , courtois somehow manges to pull that off regulary... Its hard to judge goalies from youtube compilers for this exact same reason (it can be down to luck) but fe this compilers is from one/his first season at genk as 1st goalie, the amount of amazing saves in that one already is quite impressive, same in athletico after one year really...

Because you can work on it... Its not a sickness that can be solved with medication, you have to try to find a way to be at peace with yourself. Like i said, read on fora what other people think/feel/do about it + perhaps Aron's bio (see post before) Be sure to reread everything what i said manpe... about that test / therapist (although that wont be easy)
-
Thats perfect man, tell them to back off if that's what you need, as long as you solve it take the time you need. 1) You are sure you wont say things you will regret 2) You avoid getting stressed out.

Most psychologists don't even know about this stuff... its pretty new. And its almost only known in USA/Europe, if i were you (and to follow kieran's advice) i would talk with a psychologist who knows what this (highly sensitive, check on this first) means and see if he will confirm. Im gonna go sleep now good luck! If you have any more q's.. you know where to find me, feel free to pm. (and try to take that test in a clear mind, take your time and compare yourself in those situations with other people, be neutral in this)
-
Nah but my mother is a psychologist and we talk about that stuff + i have it myself (not in an extreme way tho)
-
Thing is none can give a 100% diagnoses about this, you have to read about that stuff and be true to yourself if that's really the case to be certain.
-
Manpe, out of certain reply's im pretty sure your a higly sensitive (if that test gives the same result..), no problem tho mate, its as much a gift as it is a burden (great with chicks). I would read on that topic on sites/fora... http://www.clovercoaching.com/sensitivity.htm & perhaps read aron's bio http://www.hsperson.com/pages/aron_bio.htm
-
Hmm well I am easily overwhelmed by strong sensory input. sensory = hearing (ears) -> fe you cant stand/are overwhelmed by very loud music (fe people wearing earplugs at a concert are usually sensitive for heavy sounds/ or they just want to protect their ears ofcourse...) / light (eyes) -> fe you cant stand reading in the sun when it's summer / You cant wear certain fabrics because it itches to much... I seem to be aware of subtleties in my environment. You easely notice it when theres a bad atmosphere in a room, when someone is sad... I have a rich, complex inner life. strong imagination My nervous system sometimes feels so frazzled that I just have to go off by myself. That you are so overwhelmed you need a break
-
You will be great at telling bedtime stories to fall asleep.
-
Well good thing is once you know it you can work on it if that's the case. http://www.hsperson.com/pages/test.htm would try this one out first
-
Some people might want to check this by the way: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neuroticism & http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Highly_sensitive_person (if you have lots of mood-swings for no good reason this could be the reason, +/- 20% of the people have this, and it could be a big help if you know thats why.)
-
Motivations people!
-
Im also quite phrone to depression, especially when i was a teen. When i feel down, sports outdoor like surfing/mountainbike/football helps me a lot, also going out (talk with people/go to a party), music, ganja are also great to get me into a better mood.

Sup with all the alocoholics spike Michelangelo Amazing artist (sculptures, paintings, poets) + architect, must've been a really chill person and one i wouldve loved to talk with prolly. Although poets was more of a hobby for him his sonnets even inspired the likes of Shakespeare. Malcolm X From criminal (10 year prison) to one of the most important people that fought for civil rights. He mustve seen a lot... amazing person. Darwin To discuss some of my own intresses + he was a really down to earth/nice guy, not many scientists like that, his friend Lyell can join too Socrates Well great philosopher and one i really like, especially his paradoxes make me think. Whats so nice about him/plato (his student)/Aristotles and many other greece people during that time (-500/500 ac) is that they were so enlightned, if you compare this to the last 1500 years its quite schocking how bad humanity can take a turn (especially during the medivals), how narrowminded people were last 1500 years is quite sad. Its not comprehensable (well it is but in a matter of speaking) for me that guys who invented loads of stuff in math/astronomy,... with just their brains can turn into brainless witch slayers. Tarentino Well no need for an intro, would be one heck of a drink prolly
-
Took Michelangelo, Malcolm X, Darwin, Tarentino and Socrates Einstein/Newton would be in it, but i doubt that would be a good conversation.

Oscar seems to be in high spirits for next weeks! http://www.standard.co.uk/sport/football/oscar-ready-for-chelseas-important-week-8550917.html
-
Yeh he needs players that think fast with him/have good technique to execute that, KDB-Hazard could be immense for Belgian NT, and especially if you add oscar/mata, we could have one crazy midfield in a few years
-
Source mentioned is actually Fanatik, no idea if that's trustworthy
-
Yeh but his passing was also unusually sloppy, didn't have a great game, made up for it with his workrate tho
