Well teams don't want to sell. But if they choose to listen, they want our youth players included in all the transactions. Besides, there's no one with those kinds of quality available to fill those holes for a decent price. We are all aware of it. All the top teams have the same problems. We are not alone. Look at Begovic now, Now they want 8 million plus RLC, or Bamford or Moses included in the deal or flat out 10 million. We sold Petr for 10.9 for crying out loud. By the time we get a decent replacement, we would have paid out what we earned for Petr and end up not getting anything close to him in return. That's just the back up GK. We should not have sold him before getting a replacement in place. At least not to Arsenal. But something tells me we will have the last laugh on this deal. Barca offered 71 million for Pogba, and its not enough. Go figure. The Turan guy is a joke. He does not like to train, doesn't like playing defense, does not like to run, I mean what the hell. German players are finding it tough in the EPl. The only exception of close recent was Ballack. Even Muller is struggling in the Bundesliga with Munich. The EPL is not a joke. We've learned from Torres. I'm with Chelsea on this. There's nothing out there right now worth buying for the price. I'd rather us play some of the youth guys instead. We are just looking for squad players anyways, with maybe one or two starters if ever. In two years we will be fantastic, with feeder players directly from the club. No one has bought anything of value anyways. What has City bought, or Man Utd or Liverpool or Spurs or Madrid or Barca that we can refer to as game changers. None, nothing, zitto.

I have never laughed so hard in a while. Article from DM on Turan:

We can only look stronger if quality players are available for purchasing. So far I don't see anything worth the quoted prices out there. you have to look at the impact it would cause on the team balance at the moment. If you overpay for Pogba @22 years old, what do you think Hazard will say or some of the other notables on the team. We have no one on the team that was purchased for over 40 million. We have a lot of youth in the system. players out on loan all over the place. Academy players due to be promoted, First team players still looking for a chance to be a regular and some of you guys are clamoring for a 100 million expenditure. On whom exactly?

Why are we so impatient? Smh.

I'm really shocked that Roman let that happen. I'm also disappointed that Petr did that to us. Of all teams not Arsenal. Pleeeeeaaaaaaaaassssssse. But I wish him the best of luck in his personal life, however, I will not feel sorry for him if Arsene Wenger benches him. I know Wenger did this to get back at Jose and Chelsea. He really did not need Petr. But I hope he loses Ospina in the process. I was always indifferent about Arsenal until that Ostrich neck, thug of a whinny, jealous, Escargot eating Voyeur took over. He is simply, simply just a repulsive man. I can't stand him. Today I will take Petr off my avatar, Never thought that day would come. I have met him many times and spoken to him and he was always a very humble man. Cordial and respectful. I guess that is why I'm so totally shocked. To make things worse, I'm not really into Courtois or sold on him. I think Athletico just had a superb defense around him. all those flapping on crosses and get beat by a 60 yard punt by Adams does not inspire me. I just hope he proves me wrong and we do not live to regret this. Petr is still good for another 5-6 years at the top level.

Not much quality available, however, if we should buy, I would say, Pogba, Begovic, Varane, Sterling,

Thank you Barbara for stating the obvious so eloquently. I really hate that he's choosing to go there. I expected better of him. But they are still so far from a champion caliber team in so many ways.

Its funny to see Chelsea fans sweating on who we will buy during the summer. I for one, don't even sweat it. I know we will do the right thing. If we let world class players leave, we will not get losers in return. Other than Pogba, there's nothing else out there worth buying that is up for for sale.

Contrary to the naysayers, Ake was solid, Ola Aina also. No nonsense type of guy.
-
Thanks it was better than nothing at all. I like the Musonda boy though. Every time he touches the ball , you can feel that spark going, like something was about to happen. Loftus was battling jet lag and humidity. Colkett guy was good too. Da Silva looked experienced in his position, he has a future too

He will be okay. He just needs to be stronger on the ball. Ramirez was like that when he first came to Chelsea too. The EPL is more physical.
-
Screw Arsenal and Wenger. Petr please don't o there
-
I know its a meaningless game, Coutois does not inspire confidence like Petr did at the same age. We need to find a way to keep Petr.

The boy was solid. I knew he was a player to be reckoned with when I saw Benitez give him a start in the game against City in New York some years back.

As always, on point and unwavering in keeping it real. Cheers -
Yes we did it. Now on to next season and lots of youth playing the last three games. Lol
-
If Arsenal loses or draws against Hull, then we are Champs.
-
Oscar was knocked out in that game against Arsenal. i doubt if he will play this wednesday at all.
-
If we beat Arsenal, then game over, trophy is ours.
-
That was what i told someone earlier, complaining that Zouma was not doing this and that.
-
Blame the reporter. If you ask stupid questions, you get sarcastic remarks. What kinda question is that? "Are you frustrated?"
-
Great observations. I think once we are champions mathematically, JM will let go off the reins and the last three games will be very entertaining. lol

There were so many top guys today. Hazard, Drogba (played his heart out, great leadership on the field) Zouma, (made Fellaini look like a he did not exist) and Ivanovic( Massive on the defensive right side). There are also especially mentioned that stepped up to the game. Dave, Matic, Fabregas and Oscar in the second half. Couldn't be prouder of my team for a well executed tactical play. Kudos to master tactician JM. for beating his mentor.
