If he has a gripe he needs to take it up with Jose out of sight of cameras, not whilst being subbed for Jose to see later. Everyone has to fight for their place, Mata ain't no different.

Willian's goal was a joy to watch, the build up just as good.

Cannot see any future here for Mata now. Absolutely love the bloke but right now Hazard, Oscar and Willian offer so much more. With that trio we have a pact directness about us, we drive at teams as well as have this closing down and fighting spirit about us that is quite excellent to watch. I was surprised to see Oscar and Willian sit this one out, but wasn't surprised to see them make an impact from the bench considering how good they have been.

The players have had a few days rest up until tomorrow, and for team fluidity, which for me is what we lack because of the constant changes etc we need to keep that three to start. We need to start finding that starting balance, the starting eleven we look to and think 'Yep that's the one' Hazard, Willian and Oscar have earned the right to start that game from what we saw against Liverpool, no changes unless injuries but we must start that trio. I don't like the word rest, players want to play and for team fluidity they need to play for themselves and consistency levels.

He maybe fresh but the pressing and tracking of Willian, Oscar and Hazard last game was a joy.

Doesn't offer much at all now, has to be sold for his own career more than anything.
