Boris is apparently going to do a public address on Sunday evening laying out the plans of an exit. Sounds like May 26th for places like shops, Construction workers and warehouses but those who can work from home must do so.
-
I'm sorry but they have to simply end the season and do it now. All fo this restart stuff is absolutely fucking idiotic. Peoples lives in their thousands are being lost and the PL's desperation to get started is quite simply worrying. If a player contracts this disease after the restart it sets down again, completely. There is no vaccine as of now and won't be for months possibly a year. Doctors will not give a guarantee that nobody will contract it so where does this stack up with insurances and players rights? The fact there is a push for a date smacks of greed, desperation and is quite frankly embarrassing in all honesty.

Boris is expected to come out and lay down his shit and lock us down until June later today.

Some of the UK has chucked the towel in and it's near normality in some places. More traffic, markets open, more shops open and all this without the government giving the go ahead and Matt Hancock saying "Business's never needed to close" Next spike about 6 weeks away.

If true it's looking like Tammy, Olivier and then possibly Mertens....not good enough for me.
-
Nah, not for me Mertens is a signing that will be happy to take the bench whilst Tammy is selected week after week no matter what he does. I said before I like Tammy but he's not a top class striker and never will be.
-
Coutinho massively excites me, he's still an outstanding player.
-
Get Coutinho

The report in the Sunday Times today is just utterly horrific.
-
Haaland is Madrid's shiny new toy
-
Another 800 plus in the UK, this is just truly awful. Not helped by idiots on Westminster Bridge and people still crammed on tubes and thousands of flights still arriving.
-
Deaths in the UK back up again today. Expecting an announcement shortly from the clowns in charge of another 3 weeks lockdown. It needs to be that at the very least. The decision on this 3 week lockdown extension is the biggest and most easiest call the government could and should make. Anything less and the virus kickstarts again.

Raab span and left that PC like a first class centre forward.
-
I think it will be a loan if it happens.
-
Some recovery by Boris that was, less than a week. Publicity stunt or just more than your average care.
-
Awful, a true pro.
-
Extremly sad news.

It's now quite clear that the fucking clowns in charge since Boris went in hospital are shit scared of making decisions on any scale in this country. Matt Hancock was interviewed again on SKY News today and every other answer was "stay indoors this weekend" whilst the majority know that what the fuck are they doing allowing flights to still arrive in the country. His words yesterday on PPE for frontline staff were also fucking alarming of the highest order "It must be used sparingly" I literally am fucking disgusted how the British government have handled this whole situation. Warnings came in the shape of Italy and Spain, forget China, they are just two examples. It was only 4 weeks ago Boris said "I was in the hospital there were a few patients with Coronavirus and I shook hands with them, we could take this on the chin and allow the disease to move through the population, we need to strike a balance" This government have blood on their hands.
-
These daily press conferences are an absolute joke from the UK government right now. Question dodging at every opportunity, palming things back at business's and dodging questions like Tetris blocks coming at them. It's so clear that without Boris nobody is making any decisions which tells me he is not well at all and they haven't a clue what to do. And if I hear "Guided by the science" one more time I will fucking scream
-
Yet Jose takes some players for a run in a park in London
-
Fucking horrible club, always the victim and will play that card again.
-
He looked fucked the other day, he's been tested and tested positive, this isn't good and isn't 'for more tests' you either have it or don't, it was confirmed and he's now very poorly.
-
But they will never walk alone.
-
I'd have Coutinho here without a doubt, still massively talented.

Premier League agrees to... - effectively suspend indefinitely ie 'until safe & appropriate to return' - ask players for 30% conditional pay cut/deferral - bring forward £125m of solidarity, parachute & academy payments to EFL & NL - donate £20m(!) to NHS, communities, families..
