He just keeps amazing me.. the effort he puts into being a better player, really really impressive.

We finally looked like a team, I felt secure, I felt strong. We should build on that, first learn how to work as a team and not concede and then improve our attack and finishing. I'm sure if we keep this focus, hunger and determination we can beat any team, especially the shitty teams like Sunderland.

Dont take it personally but some people have to understand that Jose \ any other manager for that matter is no magician. IT TAKES TIME to build a team around certain tactics and mentallity, especially a team like us who doesnt have a system, changes managers all the time etc.

We cant because we're not there yet, and we know it. We cant dominate Sunderland ...

Why cant we be this focused and organised against the shitty teams? ...

And why do u think they were horrible? our defensive work and tactic was incredible, we created a few chances and we could have won the game, but we didnt. You cant know how it would have ended if we played differently.. maybe they would have just scored 3-4 goals, they are the best in moving the ball and creating chances.

The quick part is what concerns me .. he'll be too slow to respond. But nevertheless I expect a good performance from us !

4-3-3 obviously .. Lamps is going to be in an advanced positions for large portions of the game IMO. This is probably to stop Arteta Ramsey and Ozil in the middle, Arsenal move the ball very quick with their midfielders, 4-3-3 should get the sting out of them.

A lot of you guys are always against signing players and spending money.. whilst I get your point, sometimes you have to spend in order to make a crucial signing. What is a crucial signing u ask? NOT a buy like Willian. But rather a buy like a top CM (we've had pivot problems for some time now), buying a top striker (again, a big problem. We've already seen the results of bringing in "cheap" alternatives such as Ba and Eto'o). A new LB, Cole is past it and we're playing a RB in the LB position. A new CB because Terry is not gonna last forever, Cahill is average and Luiz is a liability as of now. Some of you make the point of "we have young players who can do that" - well, we might have more than a few talented youngsters but they are not ready to lead a team to the title. However they should be incorporated in the team (Lukaku as a 2nd striker, PVA as a LB option, perhaps Omeruo aswell etc.). If we buy any other AM I'm gonna kill myself..

doesn't have to be long balls and crosses all the time, look at Suarez for example .. I mean a target man as in a focal point for the attack, doesn't have to be Drogba style.

Be 100% sure that his finishing is better than Torres' for sure, and probably also better than Eto'o, not sure about Ba.

I really wish we buy a striker to build a system on. Why not have a target man, someone to cross to, a focal point for the team ? We have no point in playing wide anyway if there's no one to cross to and we can't play only centrally because its easy to defend against us that way.

All are important deals. We need a RB, we need a CM and we need a striker. And possible a CB but I dunno if Jose will bring all of these in in 1 season. * LB !
