  1. I think he should be given a chance, and we'll see what happens. Result on Saturday, 2-0
  2. I've got something else on at 11, I'm aiming to be at Stamford Bridge just after 12. What about after the game, would that be any use? My exact seat details are Gate 7, Row 14, seat 181.
  3. OK thanks. It would be good to say hello on Saturday, i'm assuming you'll be there? I'll be in the West Stand Lower, north end.
  4. I now have tickets for this Saturday and for Burnley (both home games). Didn't get tickets for Fulham (away), will try for Spurs as my next home game, however I'm also looking at possibly trying to get tickets for Stoke City and Wigan as they both seem to be a reasonable distance on the train from London. I think Stoke City is about an hour and half and Wigan is about 2 hours. Unless I completely dense, I can't see anything on either website about how far from the station the clubs are. I assuming that many of you have been to either or both of these clubs and will know how far they are from teh stations. What are they like compared to Stamford Bridge? Am I completely mad to want to get tickets for these games? Want to try and be a bit more adventurous.....He's mad I can hear you say!!
  5. Chelsea Manure Liverpool Man City Aresenal
  6. Sounds like a fantastic opportunity and will definitely try and make it, just got to remember to book the day off work!!
  7. OK, say that for example our next match is the FA Cup Final. You have been chosen to pick who you want in the team. The team can consist of any Chelsea player, past or present. Who would you choose?
  8. The man is a legend, and deserves our respect, he's not for the knackers yard just yet.
  9. Of course we'll win the title, we're too good for the lot of them, just remember the song F*** em all, f*** em all, Man U, West Ham, Liverpool, because we are the Chelsea and we are the best, We are the Chelsea so f*** all the rest
  10. Well I'm sure you'll have a good time as I did yesterday at Wembley, just make sure you sing loud and clear till the game is done. I've got a ticket for this game and will be in West Stand Lower.
  11. I've just downloaded the lyrics for Blue Day and I hope that I can learn them by Saturday.
  12. I was booing at the point, and then I think where I was we all sang Stand up if you hate man u, stand up if you hate man u....
  13. Thanks everyone, will look into some of these and weigh up the pros and cons. It's my birthday in a couple of weeks time, who knows what i'll get...
  14. It has to be Blue is the Colour. I like Blue Day to, but as yet I don't know the words, i'm working on them.
  15. OK, as I work full time and pretty much leave home at 7 every morning I want something where I can log on to buy tickets for Chelsea Games, particularly if I know the tickets are going to sell out fast. Also want a decent camera. Good to be able to listen to music too. I guess the Iphone is so expensive as they are new and are the 'must haves' at the moment. Do you think if I wait a while they'll come down in price, although saying that I'd quite like to be able to take pictures next week at Stamford Bridge. Decisions, decisions....
  16. I've got a basic Nokia phone, one that I can make calls on, play games and that's about it. I really want to and need to get a modern phone with a camera, the internet etc...Can anyone recommend a good model? I'm currently got the phone as pay as you go and my service provider is Virgin.

    Tattoos

OK, it's not something I'm going to rush into and I will have to look around. I think I saw a programme where they talked about how to recognize an official tattoo parlour. Sound advice to do your research.
  18. Thanks m8 and in the words of the song "wear your blue and see us through, sing loud and clear till the game is done, sing Chelsea everyone!!" I think this definitely applied.
  19. Well what can I say, what an afternoon. I think we certainly put those cocky and arrogant Man U fans in their place. I feel priviliged and proud to wear the home shirt and now feel like I am a true blue. It was truly an amazing and exciting experience and one that I will never forget for years to come. I amazed myself by singing along to many of the songs (chants), I didn't know all of them, but I joined in where I could. I also found myself clapping, cheering and stamping my feet. I just couldn't help myself, taking the lead from some very vocal fans a couple of rows forward. I stayed right to the end, and got the chance to sing Blue is the Colour. I think you do need to be there to understand what you guys go through at a match. It's somehow not quite the same sitting in a pub or at home. Final score was 2-2 after 90 minutes then went into penalties and we one 4-1. The boys in blue did us proud. There were some heartstopping moments and I think everyone thought we had it in the bag, until Rooney made it 2-2. We did it and that's what counts, and can't wait till next Saturday.
  20. Just about to head off to Wembley wearing the home shirt. Wish me luck, and i'll let you all know how I get on. Really looking forward to it and am ready for an afternoon of great entertainment.
  21. Yes I think Ferguson will take advantage and as you say have a strong team ready. We can and will win!
