  1. Some people just know nothing sometimes... Anyway, as for this game, the same line-up vs MU will probably start. Can't see us winning convincingly. 3 Points would be brilliant though, do one over on that cunt Roy (I use those words because he beat us while at pool with that shit team).
  2. Pretty sure when I buy my kit i'll spend £60+ for the custom printing...
  3. That was in the first leg, no sendings off in 1st legs!
  4. Very true Esk, I would be a lot more confident if Clifford was fit. With Pappoe back though as you said we will move chalobah back into midfield. I think we should retain Ince in the starting XI too though.
  5. Away goals don't count for double. We really could've done without them scoring the 2nd but Pogba was VERY good. He impressed me, I've never seen him play before.
  6. There is always next year...that's how time works
  7. It makes my blood boil, he should take it home and throw it away. Annoyed that I had to look at it while at the youth cup game and all
  8. The core that has seen our team come together over the past few seasons
  9. No knee-jerk reactions like that I don't agree with. After all this time last year...NONE of us would've even dreamt of saying what we're saying atm. It's so odd
  10. Nothing wrong with reducing his playing time imo. I love Lampard, he is one of my all time favourite players ever. All good things can come to an end though. We shouldn't be relying on our players of a seemingly older, more injury prone age to play our 50 games a season still. Him and others can easily play for much more seasons to come if managed correctly and having their playing time reduced.
  11. That cunt needs to take down that shameful Torres flag / banner, ridiculous.
  12. But Torres is now our future (i hate him as well don't worry, love Drogbagod) But as soon as you buy Torres, Drogba has to go, he can't be the main striker or the best centre forward in the world with Torres in and around that team so he will move on because looking at it, we have made a huge investment for an out of form striker and now the reigns need to be moved on to him to be our talisman. He will probably go back to Marsielle.
  13. ^ Because he's a fan of football too maybe ;o Delighted Kakuta finally got a start, and hopefully it's not the last one he gets
  14. Funny how people beg for Zhirkov, he gets his game and doesn't impress and nobody says anything...
  15. Yeah the new banner looks good. Hopefully we can make it clap over the weekend, now THAT would be something!
  16. It was a terrible performance, the scoreline hides that so badly. At the moment, we don't deserve to be in the tie and it could've been 4 - 0 to them if they didn't focus on defending so much. There were a few really good chances that we should've put away but didn't. Drogba's last 10 minutes for me showed his frustration, one of our best threats during the game, he simply looked like he couldn't be bothered anymore and why should he anyway? Nobody around was putting in a shift that would change the game, every loose ball, every long ball challenge, every tackle the Utd players went in 100% and fully committed to the cause. The CFC players though...I think they wanted to be at home last night as much as I did. Credit to the Utd fans, didn't set the world alight with noise but didn't stop singing for the whole game and as for us in the ground, it's so hard to get going when the commitment isn't there from the team.
  17. I know I can only assume that he was commentating.
  18. Zola was on at half time today, standing ovation from the whole stadium all at the same time .
  19. Sign Torres - any player that appears not to live inside his asshole and pass to him at any given opportunity must be sacked.
  20. This view is so short, it's ridiculous... And I can bet what the next thread will be - Josh McEachran: what wrong? And then fans will look towards Chalobah and then John Swift...
  21. So they've gone overseas for their new talent then. Again, I hope we turn them over. I would start Drogba / Anelka or Drogba / Torres. Only options up front for a massive game like this and that can't be denied. Last time Essien played vs Man U he started doing quite well, a powerful performance was put in. I wouldn't mind seeing Mikel start though either.
