  1. that's what everyone said when Zinadine Zidane signed for 45m but they ended up winning the champions league and Zidane scored the winner in the final, which turned out to be the greatest goal ever scored in the competition.
  2. there is a big difference to zola coming back to the prem to manage a mid-table club in order to get experience in order to eventually take over at Chelsea than jose mourinho lifting the champions league with man city. the stuff of nightmares imo
  3. so many legendary Brazilians have been bought from this league for next to nothing, so the transfer fee should not put us off only an ignorant fan would look at the transfer fee and dismiss it.
  4. shevchenko & pizzaro have more experience I'd rather we kept them instead of buying a 25 year old who's going to ruin sturridge's career.
  5. it's only 21 million because these brazilian clubs know he will be worth 80 million in the future. they lose all the great talents football has to offer for penny's, so now they are putting up the prices.
  6. I'd rather have daniel sturridge than this high wage demanding madrid failure. not to mention di santo, drogba and anelka.
  7. at last, although i guess it could be bad news
  8. think I'd line up a few hoes completely naked and use them as furniture, then have a nice walk to america and rob a few places. although while making sure the watch doesn't switch back on whilst committing such acts or breaking the watch entirely.
  9. once again if terry leaves it will be unforgivable. hope fabio cappello strips him of his england captaincy if he leaves.
  10. you say that.. but if he went on to win more trophy's than he did here, it will make this club look inferior. and our success look less significant, if we want to become this champions league winning club and one of the greats in history we must get the respect from other clubs in europe, and fans of other clubs. but if man city can achieve the same success we did by basically going by the same formula it makes it less of a great achievement for us but for just a formula any club can use, in fact man-city could end up greater considering they are richer than anyone else and almost certainly will be for decades.
  11. i would never forgive him, and to think of the possibility of him lifting the champions league with man city turns my stomach.
  12. don't worry this is not some sort of breaking news or rumor, just myself pondering life with jose' as city manager and how I'd feel about it, Although he was here for such a short period of time in comparison to the likes of ferguson and wenger what he did to revolutionize this club will forever be apart of the very fabric of Chelsea fc forever. mark hughes is an average manager imo, and i can see him being sacked either in january or at the end of the season.. so who do you think they are going to go for when that happens lmao and considering he has a rivalry with ancelotti, i'm sure he wouldn't hesitate at a move to manchester especially when you consider the ups and mostly downs he's had with roman.
  13. the italian league & premiership is very different.. ask sheva
  14. hopefully the return of sheva's infamous blonde locks will revitalize his career
  15. joe cole constantly gets injured and once again he's out for a month, rather have jesus navas from sevilla at right midfield tbh.
  16. hopefully talented players will come out of the youth system considering how much investment has been injected into that.
  17. how very very pointless.
  18. thinking about I'm sure inside the key hole they are trying to find anything in the rule books to get city to back off or disciplined in some way
  19. so tevez will be on the sub bench once again
