  1. QPR, Southampton, West Ham, Reading. I'm sorry but those results were indefensible and the only good thing is that they will make sure Rafa is gone which is what the Chelsea supporters want now. Even those, like me, who gave him a chance want him gone. Will you follow him?
  2. I'm naturally suspicious and no I'm not fat. Was the next question going to be 'are you bald and can you do a Spanish accent?', because if it was I'm really not into that type of thing. Sorry.
  3. Torres has played well? By what standard? Not the £50 million standard for sure. Our expectations of Torres are so low that when he manages to do the absolute basics that you expect of a striker (lead the line, control the ball when it's passed to him, run the channels etc.) some 'supporters' call him 'first class'. As for Rafa, I was prepared to give him a chance but he's completely underwhelmed me and the fact of the matter is he's simply not Chelsea. I don't know how to describe it. Maybe it's style, maybe it's swagger or maybe it's simply arrogance but he just isn't Chelsea material. The fact that results have been disappointing simply compounds what will be his eventual demise.
  4. What are you on about? Klopp was always likely to stay in Dortmund. He said as much about a year ago and the chances of getting him to change his mind were always remote.
  5. Out of interest, which 15 players do you think we should sign instead?
  6. True, but it doesn't mean we should take two small games and think we should base the next 100 years of this club's life on them.
  7. If he's capable of common sense then it may well be.
  8. From what I've heard, this kid is more of a striker which differentiates him slightly from those players mentioned. Plus we're sorely missing an 18 year old striker with promise. We've got a 19 year old (Lukaku) and a 17 year old (Feruz) so this is simply plugging those glaring gaps.
  9. It's snowing today. I might as well burn all my shorts and vests and chuck away my sunglasses.
  10. The CWC thing was a genuine cock-up I think. This is fairly 'safe' info to let out considering it's about a team we haven't got to play again this season and every other club will have similar dossiers. There are easier ways of letting players know we like them too. You just go up to them in the playground at break and give them a dead-arm.
  11. The guy constantly criticises the club and then makes statements like all our loans are 'fucking baffling'. He's either trolling and needs to go back to RAWK or he's genuinely clueless.
  12. There's a difference between leaks and reporters seeing things in training and guessing the line-up. A scouting report for a relegation team being leaked isn't a big deal which is what makes me think it was done intentionally in the hope that some fans might be impressed with Benitez's tactical eye observing Gary Caldwell is slow.
  13. Maybe I'm allowing my dislike for the fat one to cloud my judgment, but as soon as I read this I thought someone in his camp might have leaked it in order to try and impress the Chelsea fans with his 'tactical nous'. The fact is that it's not exactly revealing or in-depth.
  14. So is this one of those loan moves that you find 'fucking baffling'? :lol2: :lol2: :lol2:
  15. Signing Butland would have made perfect sense, but he didn't want to sit on the bench which is perfectly understandable. As for this whole selling Courtois business, it would be a very risky thing to do. Yes we would have made a massive profit on him in the space of a couple of years but the possibility of transitioning from one solid keeper to another is something very few teams manage and it would've saved us a potentially massive headache somewhere down the road. But it does once again bring up this question of which keeper we go with. There is a very compelling argument for us to cash in on Cech in the next 18 months and go with Courtois. However I am worried that if we do get Mourinho that he will stick with what he's familiar with and go with Cech. That leaves Courtois in the wind, although I'm sure Jose is familiar with him to. This is one of the nicer problems we have at the moment.
  16. I believe it was me who said something similar to that, in a response to the notion that we couldn't replace Lamps. Do you have a particular problem with that or is simply that I might have impugned the glory of the 'magic Lamps' that I have drawn your ire?
  17. Would love to see Feruz on the bench for this, with Ake and maybe even Loftus-Cheek. Don't really care about the result in all honesty. Stupid tin-pot cup that's only going to be a distraction.
  18. Moses is not 'utter shit' compared to anyone. He's a Chelsea player, a very good one at that, and deserves a bit more fucking respect. Neymar looks like a great little player and he has potential, but he's only really done it in the Brazilian league so far. Until he actually does something in a league that's a bit more challenging there's some massive question marks over him.
  19. This season you're right but next season we will hopefully have strengthened that central midfield area and I don't know if there is a place for him. He's great in the games like Arsenal where we're playing with our backs to the wall (as in the second-half), but really we should be controlling the tempo of games better than that and I don't know if he's the man for it.
  20. I don't think he chose mental illness and alcohol addiction.
  21. Pathetic - still can't defend a point you made and lack the balls to admit you might have been wrong. In what way am I clueless on this issue? You think Bamford's loan has been pointless? What about the lads at Vitesse? Have they been pointless? On second thoughts, don't try and talk about football. Just call me clueless instead.
  22. Actually you said All Chelsea loans are fucking baffling and when you were challenged on it you just started bellyaching.
  23. If JT isn't ready I'd put in Cahill and if Luiz is 100% then I'd give Lamps a rest. Why?
  24. Completely different situations. As others have said, Cole is the best in the world at what he does and we won't have to sign a replacement for him next year. With Frank, whether we sign him or not we need to sign someone to replace him in the first-team.
