I think a lot can admit that Mourinho was an absolute fool for letting KDB go; especially considering his the moronic things to come out since about what he did/did not do at that time (like fail to even communicate with KDB properly throughout the whole time he was here). How the fuck can he discard someone so readily just because he didn't like the way KDB trained apparently? I don't know, maybe have a word with him José for fuck sake? You know, actually MANAGE the players? It's clear now that he is a confidence player and Mourinho gave him no confidence whatsoever, he didn't even acknowledge him. That is unforgivable considering he chose Oscar over KDB & Mata, yet now he's throwing Oscar under a bus as well? Jesus Christ, you couldn't write it. Maybe KDB was right, perhaps if he was bought for 30m+ he would've given him the time of day. Anyway, it's best to forget about it now despite how difficult it'll be seeing him bang goals in for City. However, if it is in anyway true about the rumours that Hazard isn't happy under José and wants to leave, then I'm sorry, but Mourinho must leave. He has already pushed top quality players out the door due to his dogmatic nature, but I wouldn't let him gut the team of all creativity and our best player only to fill it with a bunch of workhorses. He would set us back years with that sort of damage.

Matic has to cover for both Ivanovic and Cesc, talk about a stressful job. It doesn't really leave much room for even a small dip in form. I feel sorry for him in many ways. Replace them with Baba and Ruben and I think he would improve instantly.

Completely missed my point altogether. I was talking about something specifically: José resigning at the simple whim of the players. The same players who stroll around like they don't care. I even addressed José as well, but whatever. I know I am being objective even though you think I'm just supporting José (if you looked at my previous posts you would know I'm far from). My main point is that allowing players who don't want to work for a manager to call the shots is absolutely fucking insane. It regresses the entire team back years to the days of Scolari, AVB etc. when they held all the power, performing or otherwise. What is the fucking point in getting a new manager in if the players know they can just down tools whenever they want to get rid of him??

I hate this talk of José resigning if the players indicate they've lost faith in him...more like becoming too fucking lazy to put a shift in. If they were to do that I feel more like firing the players instead of the manager. We simply cannot go back to the days of player power. You don't want to fight? You don't want to close down a cross for once Ivanovic? You don't want to pass the ball 5 yards without fucking it up Fabregas? Fuck off the lot of you. What a shit cop-out. It's the simple fucking things that aren't doing, that is no fault of the manager. If they had one tenth the amount of passion as the ordinary Chelsea fan they would run their feet into the ground until they bleed. If they were putting their heart in and it still wasn't working then fair enough, José must go no doubt. As I said, there are some things influenced by José obviously like the way we play and team selection. Ivanovic's inclusion puts everyone at edge no doubt. However, it is no excuse to run around the pitch aimlessly looking like you just don't give a fuck. They get paid more in month than most of us will see in a lifetime and they, bar the likes of Willian, don't want to make some effort? That is what I cannot forgive and that is what annoys me the most.

To be honest, I didn't think Mourinho's post match was that bad. He made some valid points (besides the referee crap) and it shows he cares. The problem is that he has to grow a spine, not just in front of the cameras, but when picking his team and dealing with shit players. If he doesn't do that then he may as well be sacked.

This is torture. Something is terribly, terribly wrong at the club. I don't want him sacked but, honestly, with those comments about Ivanovic I couldn't care now. Defending players is one thing. But saying that the player culpable for a lot of our defensive mistakes, who blames others for his mistakes and makes the team uneasy in general is our best right back is fucking atrocious. It completely undermines Baba (like Luis) - who apparently was bought to make up the numbers. He's just short of asking for the sack. He should be coming out and saying he has to improve dramatically otherwise he'll lose his place to Azpi and Baba, even if it's a fucking lie. Anything else is not good enough. He either wants to be sacked or he's become weak.

I know that. But to be honest, I couldn't really give a shit about the 4th champions league spot. It is something Arsenal should be worried about, not us. If we were to fall outside the top 2-3 with this squad it should be considered a massive failure nonetheless.
