You just answered your own question,selfish I dont care much about the arrogant part since it had little to do with how a player act on the pitch,but being selfish can be a huge deal. How many times didnt we complain how selfish sturridge was? Dont get me wrong,a striker should be abit selfish,but when another player has a much better chance to score he should still pass the ball to that player imo

The way i see " the Mata situation" atm is that he's a squad player with an enormous value,abit harsh on a two times player of the year player, i know but it doesnt change the fact that its the reality. Its clear that he does not fit into Mourinho plans,atleast not to be in the frist 11,witch is a waste of his talent and his value, mainly because we could use improvements on other positions on the pitch and if you keep in mind that we still own Moses,who's a perfect Squad player ,shouldnt it be better to just let Mata go and invest the money in player we actually do need?
