  8. Sorry Schurrle's work rate isn't as good as Ramires. Fuck scoring, you can't play if you don't have a brilliant work rate.
  9. http://www.vipboxsports.me/football/171721/1/tottenham-hotspur-vs-chelsea-live-stream-online.html Just came online. I would like an explanation regarding this selection. No Azpilcueta? STILL! and Ramires Lampard and Mikel together?

  12. Great chance for Hazard to get his 1st PL goal/assist via http://uk.eurosport.yahoo.com/blogs/pitchside-europe/crucial-hazard-walker-battle-could-decide-london-derby-133723320.html Crucial Hazard-Walker battle could decide derby By Eurosport | Pitchside Europe – 18 hours ago Eden Hazard has had a hit-and-miss time at Chelsea. At times his form has been excellent, with the Belgian showing flashes of real quality, but he has also suffered prolonged periods of mediocrity. Against Fulham last weekend he was not very effective, squandering a couple of glorious chances to open his Premier League account for the season. That being said, as long as he is on the pitch, he can pose a real threat to any side. Hazard has created more chances than any other Chelsea player this season, although he is yet to record a goal or assist in the league. Chelsea's top chance creators this season Hazard is also Chelsea's top dribbler this season, with 2.8 dribbles per game. It is clear that whichever full-back he'll be up against (likely Kyle Walker) he will cause them problems and look to attack them both on the inside and the outside. This will have ramifications for Spurs' defensive midfielders too, as when he drifts infield the midfielders might have to take over from the full-back and look to marshal Hazard. The above graphic from the 1-0 loss at Everton highlights how his movement can be problematic for opposition players. While he is stationed from the left he spends a lot of time coming inside, as well as switching flank. Furthermore, his desire to continuously beat his man means that he consistently commits the opposition and this may effect Walker's ability to bomb-on forward. Walker is a very good full-back in the sense that he is quick and aggressive getting forward, but he can at times leave gaps in behind. While Walker has improved defensively, he is still not the most assured and last season he struggled in this fixture against Juan Mata. Furthermore, looking at Walker's heat map (above), it's clear he really works his right-flank, but with Mourinho looking for Chelsea to counter very quickly with transitions, perhaps Walker could be a potential weak point. This is because Walker plays an big role in Spurs' attacking build up. The right-back looks to play as almost as a right-midfielder in attacking moves, thus allowing Tottenham's right-winger to cut inside and be an extra central playmaker. Furthermore, looking at Walker's passes against Norwich, it is clear that he makes a majority of his passes in the opposition half. Perhaps the problem with this, against a team like Chelsea, is that it means there is space to exploit in behind the right-back, meaning Hazard, a player very comfortable running with the ball and creating, could exploit the space. Hazard against Walker will be one of the most interesting duels in the Spurs v Chelsea game. This is because both players share the same desire, in the sense that they want to attack at every given opportunity. Furthermore, because of Mourinho's counter-attacking style and his desire to exploit teams in the transition phases, this means that Walker, Spurs' most prolific passer (240 accurate passes this season), has two options. These are: (a) Walker minimises his natural forward runs, which means Spurs will lack width on the right-hand side; or ( b ) Walker continues to offer width down the right-hand side, but he will have to be at the top of his game, or the space left behind him could be exploited by the pacey, dynamic
  13. It will be one of the finest ways to kick off the footballing weekend, when Chelsea travel to White Hart Lane in a London Derby that, in recent years, has been extremely entertaining, so why not add a few a few more emotions in these sports betting sites. Moreover, it will be the reunion of two managers who were part of the coaching staff that helped the club rule England. José Mourinho will take on a man who was once part of his coaching staff but now is a brilliant manager in his own right-André Villas-Boas. It will be the reunion of two of the Sir Bobby Robson’s pupils. The infamous English legend’s pupils are now famous themselves, both of the Portugese began their careers at Porto and both guided Porto to European success and as a result both of them went to Chelsea. This is where the story changes: Villas Boas was sacked after 40 games at the Bridge (some argue he should have others argue he shouldn’t have) but Mourinho was also sacked but the key differences are that Mourinho was sacked after winning every trophy England could offer him, but then he returned as the “Happy One” and as us Chelsea fans call him “One of us”. The two of different ideologies but Villas-Boas is regarded as the next Mourinho in terms of the success he could achieve. Is this game “the next Mourinho” vs Mourinho? Both sides are looking for a chance to beat a major rival at the beginning of the season. Both sides have made some major signings in the transfer window (particularly in the attacking midfield department). Both sides have a point to prove. Spurs have to prove that they truly are stronger without Gareth Bale who flew off to Madrid (and Villas Boas would love revenge). Mourinho has to prove that this Chelsea side is one that is capable of winning the title. So much pressure. So much quality. So much history between these teams. All in one London rivalry that will kick off this Saturday 12:45 UK time at the White Hart Lane. It’s set up for a thriller. Video makers around the world are poised, making montages to illustrate what this game could be like. Now I have to complete the formalities. Expected Lineups Chelsea (4-2-3-1): Cech; Ivanovic, Luiz, Terry, Cole; Ramires/Lampard, Mikel; Schurrle, Oscar, Hazard; Eto’o Tottenham (4-2-3-1): Lloris; Walker, Dawson, Vrtongen, Naughton; Paulinho, Dembele/Sandro; Townsend/Lamella, Eriksen, Chadli/ Siguardsson; Soldado; Last meeting A dramatic late Sigurdsson goal and a wonderful Adebayor long ranger helped the Spurs hold Chelsea to a 2-2 draw at the Bridge. The last meeting at the White Hart Lane was a 4-2 win for the Blues in an exciting, open game. Juan Mata was incredible in an amazing performance as he scored a brace and assisted former Chelsea man Daniel Sturridge. Team News Chelsea will be missing Van Ginkel who will be out for the rest season and Kalas who has still not recovered from his broken foot. Ramires is in the squad as Jose confirmed in the PC, but he is still a doubt with a hip injury. On the other hand, Spurs will be missing Lennon and Capoue while Kabou and Rose are expected to be back for this match. Stats and Facts Chelsea are unbeaten vs Tottenham in the last 7 matches, winning 3 of them. Chelsea have very much had the upper hand during the Premier League Era with 23 wins to Tottenham's 3 with the remaining 15 matches drawn. Andre Villas Boas has gone into the match saying that after Chelsea he learnt how to handle top stars. Spurs have scored 5 conceded 1 and Chelsea have scored 6 and conceded 2. Gylfi Siguardsson scored 2 and Oscar has scored 2, both of them are their club’s top scorers. The last three competitive meetings between Tottenham and Chelsea have produced a total of 16 goals in total. Spurs have fashioned more goal attempts from open play (60) than any other team this season but have scored only three of them. No team in Europe’s top five leagues has conceded fewer goals than Spurs this season (1). Five of Tottenham’s last six Barclays Premier League games have ended 1-0 (W4 L1). Tottenham have conceded more Barclays Premier League home goals to Chelsea (38) than any other team. Chelsea have not failed to score in three successive Premier League away games since April 2002. 14. No txt talk. Does that mean using LOL and GTG is incorrect?
  15. Didn't watch the game. Ofc I was against Man U. They got lucky last night?
  16. Should have been a red. Cos the his shorts got stuck around his knees, he couldn't score. Final Score 4-0 to Spurs.
  17. Eto'o making a difference despite lack of goals Squawka stats uploaded on Eurosport regarding Eto'o. 9.8% of the time he's outside the box, Torres. No wonder he can't score. Samuel Eto'o signed for Chelsea to add some experience, quality and goals to the side. He has started Chelsea's last three fixtures but during that time he has failed to find the back of the net. Here's our assessment of the former Anzhi forward's first few games for Chelsea. Statistical Analysis:One point worth noting is that Samuel Eto'o has had more shots than the other Chelsea forwards, with eight shots in his two appearances for Chelsea, half of which were on target. Against Fulham he had two of these efforts, with a further effort blocked. Fernando Torres on the other hand had his first shot on target of the season against Fulham, having had just two other attempts (both of which were off target). Despite the fact Torres has featured in four games so far, this shows how dismal his performances have been. Neither player has been prolific, but Eto'o is more effective, given that he has threatened more regularly. From a tactical viewpoint, despite his age Eto'o is also trying to spin in behind defences and create an outlet for his side. He has won two out of four dribbles this season, which shows that he is trying to make things happen. Torres on the other hand (who has featured in two more games) has completed just one of four dribbles. A glance at the players' Action-Area graphics confirms that Eto'o is the more effective striker. Eto'o is looking to operate in the most attacking portion of the pitch: the opposition box. Samuel Eto'o Action Areas v Fulham Spending 38.10% of the game in the penalty area as well as spending a total of 20% in the wide areas shows that is Eto'o is peeling off to get into space as well as running in behind. Even at 32, his movement is intelligent, even if his first touch and sharpness in front of goal haven't been good enough yet. Torres on the other hand, is not as effective at this. Often playing with his back to goal and coming too deep to ever really impact on the game in front of goal. From his start versus Hull we can see this: Fernando Torres Action Areas v Hull Torres only spends 9.80% of the game in the penalty area, with most of his action coming outside the box, in the area we'd expect a No. 10 to play in. This is the crucial difference. By playing in more advanced areas, Eto'o is opening up space for his team-mates, rather than over-crowding the attacking midfield area (which is already crowded enough). ConclusionEto'o hasn't been great, but he is still Chelsea's best option up front, given his experience, confidence and intelligence off the ball. By running the channels and trying to get in behind he is opening up space (or at least trying too) - something that Torres does not do well at all
  18. I've heard about your reputation as being a brilliant writer and analyst. Now I know why! Brilliant article! Superbly written and explained. I'll finish it tomorrow.
  19. Aren't Spurs likely to sit back against us in the fixture to hit us on the counter? Brilliant article Hjperdeath! You keep writing amazing articles! I have a question, I read an article on ZM about the North London Derby and he said the reason they created so many chances was cos of Carzola drifting in and creating a 4th man in the middle vs Spurs' 3. Should we do the same by starting Mata?
  20. and Football Funnys aren't simpletons but retardedtons.
  21. Proven to fail in Premier League (with us) ;p tbh they've even struggled with him so far.
  22. We regret not getting his partner more. Either way every team in football misses out on transfers. Sir Alex let go of Pique and Pogba. It's never perfect.
