Yes January............ the month after December Could be the middle of January or the end, but January was mentioned as he was making good progress and is ahead of schedule.

It'll be good to have him back. He was expected to be out until March, but he's pushed himself hard and January is his expected return now. Getting him back into the side will be as good as a new signing.

On drugs?

The big question that Abramovich is toying with imo is.... "Do we need to spend money in January?" I think we do. We were in a simlar situation 2 seasons ago when we desperately needed some defenders. Abramovich wouldnt shell out and it cost us the title in the end. I dont want his stubborness to cost us the title this year again. We need a player(s) who'll find ways around those tight defences which we cant seem to do atm at home. I couldnt give a toss about the CL. I want to be champions of England first, anything else is a bonus.

As we're lacking a bit of width, I was thinking that why not push Bosingwa into a more forward position and play either Ferreira, Belletti or Ivanovic at RB. Would that be an option worth considering?

I cant see him going in January tbh. If he goes in the summer (If Scolari is still here ) we'll still be playing this style of football. If this is the case then we need to go all guns for 2 world class wingers. Malouda is wet blanket imo and Kalou looks better as an impact player from the bench. We need supply into the front man. We dont have that atm. When Bosingwa and Ash are pushed back we lack width.

I watched his interview the other day and he came across as if he wants to put alot of wrongs right. If he gets his head in the right place and we get Drogba back to being the lethal player he can be we can get out of this mess.

Thats another thing I was dumbfounded about. He had plenty of opportunities to play him before and out of nowhere he throws him into a massive game expecting something from him. My patience is getting to its limit. you cant argue with out away record. Its our home record thats pissing me off. 4-5-1 works for us away. At home we need to go for the throat so go 4-4-2 and take the game to the opposition. We dont need a defensive midfielder(Mikel) for games when teams are going to sit back and soak up the pressure.
