I'm starting to really like him in the middle, right now the best midfield is Matic-Luiz. Luiz as a midfield players is way better than Luiz as a defender!

Would like to see a youth player play (Loftus-Cheek, Ake, Kalas or the like) to give them experience and to give the middle finger to the FA. Hopefully a little playing time for MvG

I think he is just being realistic. The club is his employer. If they want him to go all out against Liverpool then he will have to go all out against Liverpool, but it is clear that José wants to focus 100% on the CL.

I don't think he is pissed at the board. It's more asking them if they think we should try and beat Liverpool or just focus 100% on the Champions League.

Probably had no idea what they were saying. He saw them probably smiling and chanting "Diego Costa" so he waved. Hope I am wrong though! He was average today but that is only due to Cahill and Terry, just like they did to Cavani, Ibra and many more class strikers.

Professionalism doesn't win football games. After the PSG game we were all praising the team for their passion! Passion can win football games. Football isn't an office building, professionalism is thrown down the drain if it means that you could win a title without it.

It wasn't just the penalty, but the penalty was the last straw for Faria I guess. Completely understandable as the ref was making calls against us for much of the match. I was pissed and I can see why Rui went mad, I'm really surprised/impressed that the players (especially players like Ivanovic and Terry) kept their cool.

The ref gave them an undeserved penalty, that's what he did wrong. This was a real title decider and it looks like Rui Faria really loves Chelsea (at least while he works here) so he went mental. A proper coach and a legend after that. José would have gone mental as well if it didn't mean that he would be sent to the stands for the remainder of the season along with a huge fine.

I was not surprised at all that he scored a goal. When he starts at Stamford Bridge, I just wait for him to put that ball inside the goal. Great striker when you weight in his age and all.

Everytime I see him play he looks like he is really tired. Too bad Brazil will count on him a lot in the WC, good that our pre-season will be easy on the players.
