There are two other massive problems as I see it ( apart from Egbali and Boehly) - outsourcing - especially the physio and treatment Also the stat driven obsession in acquiring players totally ignores one or two experienced heads that would be indispensible in the dressing room, who would also be shouting and goading on the pitch.
