  2. Turkey’s president has told Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman that the attack on Iran demonstrated that Israel, under Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government, is the greatest threat to regional stability, Erdogan’s office said. In a phone call, Erdogan told the Saudi crown prince that Israel must be stopped to reduce tensions and the nuclear dispute could only be resolved by negotiations. A potentially devastating war could create waves of irregular migration to all countries, Erdogan also said -That's the paradox right wing cheerleaders for the colonialism have to wrestle with - all these conflicts result in displaced survivors, (1000 crossed the English channel yesterday)......
  3. Bottom line: Americans go to the polls and elect a Congressman to represent Israel, elect a President to represent Israel, and they go to Church to hear the gospel according to Israel. It is profoundly insane. 🤣
  4. No International law any more. 140 countries want a ceasefire -US, one country vetoes it so no ceasefire. Too much money in supplying weapons of death. Ironically, International law was set up because of the holocaust, now it means nothing I used to think Israel was just another state of the US, now I realise the US is a State of Israel 😅

  6. For some context US/UK did regime change in Iran overthrowing Mossadegh. Mossadegh was a popular democratically elected Prime Minister in the 1950s US wanted Iranian oil but Mossadegh said it belonged to Iran. Long story short CIA got rid of him and installed the unpopular Shah. He had secret police, killed and tortured lots of people, lived in luxury in return for letting the US have oil. Iranians quite rightly fucked off with this, Shah got deposed replaced with religous nutcases as a direct result of US/UK interference. Now the US/Israel want to overthrow them Interesting out of all Western leaders the only one to condemn Israels unprovoked attack is Spains deputy PM. Shows the reach and influence of the Israeli lobby within US and Europe
  7. All part of A Clean Break. A plan devised by US Neocons in 1996 (you can look it up) for Benjamin Netanyahu -real name Miliekowsky. Former United States Assistant Secretary of Defense Richard Perle was the "Study Group Leader," but the final report included ideas from Douglas Feith, James Colbert, Charles Fairbanks Jr., Jonathan Torop, David Wurmser, Meyrav Wurmser, and IASPS president Robert Loewenberg The introduction specifically proposes new policies: Rather than pursuing a "comprehensive peace" with the Arab world, Israel should work to "contain, destabilize, and roll-back" those entities that they see as threats. Changing the nature of relations with the Palestinians, specifically reserving the right of "hot pursuit" anywhere within Palestinian territory A Clean Break involved Israeli proxy wars firstly by bombing and invading Iraq. Then Hezbollah. Then to totally destabilise Syria, then finally to bomb and attack Iran.
  8. Flaps not straightened, landing gear not retracted. Either technical fault with Boeing, or pilot error.
  9. Need to go back to 2004 and learn. Sort the spine out - 2 top keepers, (Cech, Cudicini), solid defence -Gallas, Terry, Ferreira, Bridge -and a reliable up top goalscorer (Drogba)
  10. Tuchel makes Southgate seem like a genius
  11. Chalobahs debut for England. Colwill and Jackson in action. Jackson already missed
  12. Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola says the images of children being killed during Israel’s war on Gaza are “painful” and have left him “deeply troubled”. The Spanish manager of the English Premier League club urged the world to speak up instead of choosing to stay silent “in the face of injustice” “It’s so painful what we see in Gaza. It hurts all my body,” Guardiola said. “Maybe we think that when we see four-year-old boys and girls being killed by bombs or being killed at a hospital, which is not a hospital any more, it’s not our business. Yeah, fine, it’s not our business. But be careful – the next four- or five-year-old kids will be ours.” Half of Gaza’s 2.3 million residents are children. Since October 7, 2023, Israel has killed at least 17,400 children, including 15,600 who have been identified, in Gaza. Many more remain buried under the rubble and are presumed dead. AP Press
  13. Yup see how they link up with Delap. Neto for me is a must keep - one that gives 100% and fights. Madueke can be frustrating, but amazing sometimes. I dont agree with the abuse he gets here.
  14. Trump has caused the LA riots. For years every time I have been there you see queues of Hispanics outside all the large corporate shops and warehouses early in the morning -its cheap disposable labour for the billionaires. Sending in troops to cause trouble, and letting the rich employers off the hook. Classic tactics by the idle rich.
  15. Amazing comeback by Bellamy -3-3 Good goal too
  16. Wales right back v Belgium 3-2 from 3 0 down
  17. Spuds trying to prise Frank from Brentford Brentford would be entitled to compensation for Frank, with sources indicating it would cost Tottenham more than £10m to extricate him from his contract which runs until 2027. That figure could rise depending on how many members of staff Frank decides to bring with him if he is named Spurs boss.
  18. Uriah Rennie, the Premier League's first black referee, has died aged 65. Rennie officiated more than 300 games between 1997 and 2008, including 175 Premier League matches.
  19. As Prof Jeffrey Sachs said -you can have the most unhinged president, it doesnt matter, its all a distraction from the puppet masters pulling the strings and the real policy makers
