Our squad is good enough too get a top 4 spot. If we in some way still wouldnt get a top 4 spot then thats the staffs/our current players fault. The only thing that is worrying me is out midfield but in some way im glad that we didnt do a panic buy, like Fellaini.

The thing is that Lampard wants to spend the last years of his career on the pitch, something that we cant give him here. He just doesnt cut it for us anymore, something that he has shown for quiet some time now. I actually would love the club to give him a contract extension with a huge pay cut and more of a rotational role in the squad, but if he doesnt want that then its time for him to go.

When reading posts like yours it feels like Sturridge has betrayed our club or something by going to Liverpool, but im 100% that sturridge really wanted to succed at this club. But for the sake of his career he went to Liverpool, a club that can offer him time on the pitch, something Torres didnt let Sturridge at Chelsea.

That january window whn we bought Torres was the time when i lost my respect for Carlo. We could clearly we that we had huge problems in the midfield and with creativity and what do we get... a striker that cant perform without creativity and a center back. And that for a total of +70m. WTF???? As a manager he is the man to take control of things like that-

I think everyone wants him at the club one way or another, but if the club and Lamps cant agree for a new contract and if lampard cant accept being more of a rotational player then i think its time for him to go. I hope we atleast try to keep him but if leaves then he leaves. We have to move one, but he will always be a legend in this club.
