Sheer brilliance!
-
Ok! It was just a question :-) I tend to have a Hazard bias.
-
I'd go for Borat.
-
Give it some more time and we could have three. The youngest seems to have the most talent too :-) In belgium word has gone around he is really the better of the three in raw talent. he does seem to have a temper/attitude problem though. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2202925/Another-Hazard-defences-Edens-nurturer-says-16-year-old-Kylian-world-beater.html Whats with the genes in that family, really.

Well, of course I will watch the game. That is called figure of speech :-) But, I do think Torres is in the way of being a really great team. Johan Cruyff said offense is the best defense for a team and I agree on that in the sense that without a sriker ... well, you loose so much of your potential, even your defensive potential (even if only for pressing, having a threat so defenders stay, etc.). On our defense, I am confident we will sort this out with the players we have. Our offense (striker position) on the other hand, I do not believe for a second we will sort that out with Torres, Again, friendly hail to you! ps: Damn sure I will watch the game :-) Wouldn't miss it for the world even if we lose :-)

So true, sadly.

Still, you didn't answer me. I don't just supporter a single player, as most Belgians don't. Sure we love Hazard (some of us lol, just watch the papers about Hazard in the belgian team and the discussions here); Hey, btw, what about the Cechs, or the Brazilians or the Nigerians.... even the Polish. Believe me, as a townsman of Wlodek Lubanski In Lokeren and having played with him a lot ... He also thinks the same. So what now, because it really isn't about being a simple fanboy. It is about wanting the best for Chelsea. Btw: I salute you :-)
-
Come on .... Lukaku is 19 and never had a decent chance. Not any chance really... What do you say about Romeu for example who was shite last two games after never been played. Or Danny stumbling over his feet after being neglected. Or .... just fill in a gaziljon examples :-) We do agree on Torres having empirically illustrated being 'not it'. Period.

I really must reply to this. I am sorry, but you are being unfair. 1. I know chelsea have been winning with Torres. But he sucks right now. So I do not think he deserves a start. He has had a lot of credit and did not deliver. Don't give just stats on this. He isn't the striker Chelsea deserves. 2. Real supporters? What does that mean? I know I am relatively new to this forum, but this is an authority argument purely and thus invalid. I am a supporter as much as you. I bet I am even older then you. but I do believe you love Chelsea for real, much unlike you think of me from your post. Shame. 3. About the 'you should be able to watch us getting trashed'. Fuck no, not because of Torres. He sucked, deal with that. I can deal with defeat, I cannot deal with complete blindsight to the fact that Torres is really, really bad right now. or do you want his price justified in your mind? If you want to go all psychological on the analyses with me. You will lose. It is about fact, not your interpretation of facts.
-
Ow no I won't. I wanna see Chelsea win, not just see Hazard play. I do love him I admit (as I have always done - no hidden agenda here).
-
Not fair. I - as a belgian - just had a plea for Lamps. Let's not go into this:-)
-
I will switch off the tele (stream I mean lol) when Torres starts. really!!
-
I'd rather see him take more free kicks. Let Lamps take the penalties, Hazard no. 2. It also takes mentality when having to take them under big pressure. I would not want Eden 'burned' missing a penalty in the CL final this season :-)He has time.
-
Goddamned... what happened in the belgian gene pool the last years ... somthing fishy in the water perhaps, because we generate so much talent. hope it all comes to Chelsea though :-)
-
I know Magic but that doesn't address my question. Is he ignoring Hazard, because 1) I've seen it for a couple of games now and 2) I heard a couple of people independent of each other saying the same. This is/could be bad on a team level. Hazard and Mata have been like twins passing wise, but Oscar really seems to have an issue with Hazard at times. I just wonder if that is an issue at the moment. God, I hope not ... Let's not have those star allure issues with 21 year old boys at our team ... especially since the three of them create something more then the sum of them individually.
-
To mention something hopefully not to controversial. I love Oscar, I really do. But it is quite remarkable how he tends to NOT pass at Hazard even though it ois clearly the best choice, self evident, the only option ... I just see him turning away with the ball frequently and it really caught my eye. Did anyone else see this the last couple of games? Hope its not an ego issue or anything, cause I see Hazard passing it to him all the time... Again, no issue with Oscar but just wondering!
-
I think he plays today at 17.30 cet ...
-
This. The answer I think.
-
Ok. First time saying this. Fellaini would be a boss in our team. BUT, you would need a tactical sound co-cm to fill his holes ...
-
Exactly, fail ....
-
True. We need managerial courage right now with a new team and a lot of changes. This is not a time for window dressing or being overly prudent. We need clear guidance and someone with a strong vision .... RDM has his cool and thats awesome. But his in game tactics and explanation afterwards are a lil laughable, I am afraid. He should just address the striker issue ...
-
I agree. But it would be unfair to downplay Oscar and Hazard, two 21 year old newbies that actually rocked Chelsea from the start. As they need Mata, Mata needs them. They are part of the reaon Mata shines like a diamond. The problem is the team needs the trio to perform. This because we lack power up front. No playing options there leaves us with no option then to rely on the genius of the maestros. Also, it makes us prone to heir weakness: defending. Defending starts with the striker, both in position, movement as in simply not losing the ball everytime or slowing the flow of our attack down. Add the specifics our pivot (slow) and defence (strong but positionally/strategically weak, especially with attacking full backs. This is not a critique at all at them though. I just feel the missing link in this team is a good striker, that can act act as a supplement to the three maestros while being decnly prolific. So,once again - Torres, you loveboat scorer - go away. Edit: sorry for the ipad typos ....

Get Lukaku the fuck back asap. He might not have a decent first touch yet, but he kicks ladyboys Torres' ass big time. Be gone, Torres, go to your hairdresser !
