  1. Also, do you guys know how many angels fit on the tip of a needle?
  2. Yeah right. Or maybe some of us here have followed him before you even heard about him- since his debut at Anderlecht and saw a shitload of entire games with him right untill now - including the NT. Maybe we just don't share views but that doesn't mean we don't analyse, that we believe hype and that you are automatically right, does it? Please, look some pages back on here for our posts. Also, don't make a strawman argument. Nobody here says he is the best ever.
  3. Woooow thanks, mate ! It is awesome ............ 1000 interwebz for you!
  4. Which striker can you name that can be consistent next year? Cavano, Falcao without Epl experience .... They will show inconsistency too. Inconsistency will happen inevitably. The real question is how we - as a team - can put a 'whole' together that copes with that. Lukaku could be very much a part of it. We will have to see what José thinks :-)
  5. It would be good for him to be a regular at Anderlecht. Wow Thorgan. Let's see how/if he can shine there! Great new step for the lad.
  6. I cannot fathom sometimes the recurrent critique on this kid - since long (when didn't get any playtime, now when he does and break defenses for fun - ask the redcafe and Manufora, had records, most goals/played minutes). He has - also as a true blue - surprised us time after time. He is beast that hattricked Manu, blew defenses apart and broke the WBA record. At 19. Ow, yes. he did this with a (semi) bad first touch. It'll improve too and I do hope with the speed Lukaku is showing to improve recently. Since he had playtime ..... no young gun in the EPL developed like him, really. Give it some slack. Claiming now about him at 19 he will never be a number one ...... is just people wanting to debate for the sake of debate - or maybe because they can't see beyond the lack of flair play a truck like him sometimes has. Who knows. I won't participate. I prefer to stay just a bit rational on this. He will rock our attack more than Torres AND Ba ever did. Write it down :-).
  7. We may just do it with Lukaku, Ba and Torres, and choose to sharpen the other areas. Midfield (pivot) 2 times, an options for the wings. I think this may be what we need. A + mil striker might leave us bare in other regions. We need to have a broader variety of quality options in those regions imo ... But hey .... everyone wants a striker. Its like a bling bling shiny thing
  8. Love the video. Also, for me it is that last action that is characteristic for this guy.
  9. Exactly ... for this reason alone we should not doubt. All the rest is bullshit.
  10. Yes he can actually. He does have an aggressive style when going forward but is just as easily a rest bringer. The NT has shown that to a huge extent. He WAS better than Hazard btw. I think people worry too much and overanalyse like fuck :-). My two cents.
  11. True I don't know, but it was in the press. He has a huge radius though. Guy works his butt off. Edit: You will notice soon enough Sh0n3x
  12. Just stop comparing .....ffs. First Hazard compared with Oscar and now KDB? There are simply too my differences: style, attributes, context, team, league, ..... The thread is getting a bit ridiculous imo.
  13. Yep, him AND KDB both. Depth and versatility is key here for next season.
  14. I trust that is a retorical 'why'? You answered it perfectly yourself After season and pre-season we play the money making, marketing and branding game :-)
  15. Legitimate yes, but i find it short term thinking tbh. I think a players that gets the chance or another year to compete at the highest stage because he was part of the making of that succes will eventually be more gratefull to his motherclub than when you move him strategically like pawn. If you do that, he will look at Chelsea and treat the club like they do him: either respectfull or self interest oriented and strategic. I'd rather have a club that has the moral highground on young players and their chances/development. We lack that now to be frank.
  16. I can relate. Actually feel blue for the moment (pun intended) that it is over and weeks/months of waiting are coming.
  17. Yes break the bond - his love for Chelsea will only grow...... Dudes, really? These aren't fm players but real people!
  18. I just asked to make a proper argumentation. Not derail. Also ...l this thread is about more @bir_cfc than just what you say. Its a debate about a player. Whining is what the Torres and even Mikel thing is about.
  19. Sorry man. That shit happens on a forum. I missed a piece. My bad.
  20. I will stay classy, man. I was referring to your post when you just stated an opinion as fact without argumentation. Twice. Hence - eloquence and such . Bit of banter really.
