This. If we take a player from Real in Edens position it should be someone who can match Eden's numbers. And that is not Asensio, Isco or Kovacic who are all Mr. NoGoals and we should stay clear of those. If we are looking for a midfielder it should be assessed independently of the Hazard deal if we actually need the player but in general RM players are overpriced so i would rather take cash. In the future I wish that we sell players sooner if they are reluctant to sign new deals, so we can get long term replacements in early.

You probably would have sold drogba and Lampard in 2009 too lol.
