So the first one is literally just the total appearances of all the players that played for the first team that are a product of that teams academy. Thats how they're ranked and there is also information on how many players that's divided between. Its just showing which teams are relying on their academy products/creating good academy players. the second one is looking more at their contribution to the team. How many games are they starting, and how many goals are they contributing type thing. would be good to look at point contribution, but its a lot of work! some teams rate their academies highly, some teams have them for the sake of it - just in case they find a worldie. Yeovil scrapped their academy last year because they hadn't brought a player through in something like 15 years (not sure exactly how many years). some academies are more efficient than others - Crewe topped this list, they also seem to produce a lot of players that go off in to the higher leagues - and this makes them their money maker. It's quite cool seeing it all in numbers and just how much of a difference there is between clubs. Man City were the lowest ranked out of all the league winners. with their impressive new facilities though they should be producing the best players in the world in the near future.
-
Yeah working on it for another club. Man city were about 78th in the total list. Its more of a project for clubs with very little external income.
-
The second one isn't finished yet... as you can see. Im not entirely sure I am allowed to share though, I will find out. the big list of 92 teams should be okay to share, I'll double check though.
-
I've been doing some work at the moment and thought Id share. I've been looking at the first team contribution of players grown at their club. Out of the 92 teams in the top 4 leagues we rank 52nd for apps contribution (Southampton are the highest ranking premier league club at 10th). At the bottom of the last one shows a % contribution. Don't know if its readable but we are at about 6%. Arsenal and Aston Villa were in the 20% range. I know it doesn't mean much to teams like our self, but thought it was interesting and worth sharing.

I've not been on in ages so whilst I'm here thought I'd stick an update in. Im in the same boat as a few of you, Ive slumped a bit in my training. I recently got myself a couple of kick ass internships in football and they've really sucked up all my free time. luckily I've managed to cement myself in to a few groups of football so im playing football 2/3 times a week. I get to be involved in a few coaching sessions etc at my internships so I'm pretty active in terms of how much football I get to play. However im only getting in the gym once a week which is really frustrating. And my diet has become terrible, and theres no excuse for it to be honest. so my main focus now is to fix my diet and try and get in the gym twice a week, and by writing in here for y'all to see im hoping it'll boost me to do that! (...said whilst eating a pizza!). Also got a little tip for those wanting some casual ab workouts. all you need is a mirror, sick tunes and no fear of looking like a stripper whore. Stand in the mirror, shirt off, focus on abs, and do an ab dance. like doing sit ups but stood up. really squeeze and contract. I tend to do this 10-15minutes every other day and I have no proof to say its that thats working, but I get aches and I've got alllllll kinds of gains!

Ive gone from lifting weights 5 times a week to doing just 2 full body workouts a week and a shit load of football. I've been packing the muscle on. I know everybody is different and i clearly need a longer recovery time and its working an absolute treat. I feel a lot better mentally as well by playing more football. A good cardio session always makes me feel good, a weights session does too but nowhere near to the level a cardio one does.

The skankiest girl from school that everyone mocked and was often a subject of "would you rather" e.g. "would you rather lick out X or be sucked off by a tramp" is giving heavy hints for some NSA fun... do you or dont you? theres onl a small risk of people finding out, but it cant be ruled out. enjoy

I thought you would all like to know I broke a laptop on Monday that was Steve Perryman's company laptop (Tottenhams most capped player). Always doing my part to keep that blue flag flying. AndersonBLUE: I watched Thor last night. such a good film. I loved it. I really wanna say something but I dont know how to do that spoiler thing. teach me.

I've got a horrible feeling someone big is going to be sold. Good player but why are we buying so many attacking mids!? Jose obviously has a plan or is seeing something in our players that we aren't. And I know it'll work out well cuz Jose never makes mistakes, but it does confuse me.
-
A good result. I don't like how we lined up for it and the tactics of the game. But it is a good result. Why no mata? Why no Lukaku? Why no forward passing? Why no attacking? A great defensive display though, we were solid. Good result. I'm worried for mata and Lukakus future though...
-
the thing I like about this is that we will rip the balls of spurs with this. jose said he'd have to loan somebody out and assuming willian would be a striker I see either lukaku or ba being loaned. I personally hope ba would be loaned. I dont think we need anotherstriker but as it looks like jose really wants one id be happy with willian. ..

Let me know if you find one on an ipad. And vice versa

Would love to see Lukaku start this (which im very sure he will), with KdB Mata and Hazard behind him. I've got a feeling Hazard wont start, we may see Schurrle instead with Hazard coming on as a sub at some point. a solid 3 points is what we need here. cant afford slip ups this early on. 3-0 Chelsea
-
"Respect your elders" is the message i think. seriously though, i understand what you are saying. i personally dont think van Ginkel is ready for the prem just yet, he'll need a few appearances of the bench for a while. Lukaku is way more than ready, i honestly think the striker selection today is 100% tactical. like i said, when Lukaku plays, he's under very different orders from when Torres has played.
-
I don't understand why people are so pissed of at Torres starting. Lukaku will come on as a sub for sure and will most likely start against Villa. Torres is good, and from what was seen in pre season when torres plays, his role is more of a rotational one letting the 3 behind him attack more. It looks like Jose understand we cant play with a lone striker up top as hull will probably defend pretty hard, instead he's opting for hte attacking 4 to just run at them and rotate like a nice 5 a side type tactic. itll tire hull out defensively pretty quick and we should get more opportunities this way.
-
I love how our bench looks a thousand times better than last season. and thats excluding a lot of players as well!
-
KdB better start this game. ive given in to all the chit chat in here saying those who had extended breaks probably wont play. got rid of Mata in the fantasy football for KdB. dont do me over here TalkChelsea. dont do me over.
-
I wouldnt worry too much. Lukaku is good enough. KdB is not as good as Mata, but him Hazard and Oscar will destroy Hull and we have numerous CB that can cover for Luiz. Ivanovic on the right. we got this bro. we got this. but Im not happy with the way my fantasy team is lining up at the moment. doesnt look like a winning team at the moment.
-
Luiz and Mata are in my fantasy team... guess ill take them out and put in KdB annnnnnnnnnnd Ivan. proper gamble. could pay off, or could just get me 1 point each....

Im only little The most ive ever weighed was 69kg and that was during a bulk that went wrong that made me get that horrible lower belly fat. thats why im back down to 64kg. wanted to get rid of it. starting to bulk up a bit more. but properly this time. slow and steady. Creatine is good. ive read so much research on it because of uni. I dont think ill do the loading phase for 5 days. 3. then maintain at 2.5g a day. save me some creatine. plus im small so dont need as much. Ive got hte monohydrate stuff and its fine. its that really really fine powder as well so ijust mix it with either water or raspberry juice and drink it. found it today if you leave it in a bottle and shake it (was in my bag whilst walking around a golf course) it fully dissolved! ive noticed that im needing to drink lots more, which i already know, but today i was out playing golf from 10:30am - 5pm. didnt do one wee. and when i got back and eventually needed a wee it was the darkest of yellows ive ever seen. (only had one bottle of water with me... and that had 5g of creatine in it!) I havent hit the gym yet since ive used it, just palyed football and golf. will be gymming tomorrow and will do my last load day. on a note of motivation... i dont know if anyone has seen the Hodgetwins on youtube but they are hilarious nice guys and i've used them as my motivation recently and im getting allllll kinds of gains. and there relationship advice videos are incredible! i'll post my all time favourite relationship video... the last few minutes is insane
-
for the reported £5mill i wouldnt complain (assuming wage is also respectable). but i honestly dont think we need him. I would rather him over Rooney though. if rooney comes its gonna upset all our strikers and I really want Lukaku to get a bunch of games for us this season. We've got a great team as we are and Jose is going to make them better players than they were last season. lets just keep it as it is and save some money.
-
BOOM. bumped. I dont know how much I weigh... ill check now...64.5kg. around hte same weight as last time. im looking pretty lean andi m happy. all ive done is maintain really. not had any goals since my belly fat loss. at the moment im gymming 5 times a week and playing football on the 2 days i don', and im starting to look to bulk up a bit. I've decided to start taking creatine. The main reason being that i read all the research on it during uni, and i know that in the near future im going to have to be telling athletes to take it, yet ive never taken it my self. so i thought now would be the best time. anybody got any experience with creatine? anything i should look out for? im in the loading phase so im taking in about 15-20g a day for 5 days. then for maintanence ill take about 2-3g a day. im not going to cycle it, and i plan on taking it POST workout.

I wouldn't return until you are given a job/you have enough money to support you for a few months. if you look on http://www.indeed.co.uk/jobs?q=&l=London and maybe narrow the search down to ICT support or some reception work etc, im sure you'll find a bunch of jobs.

A visual comparison of Lukaku and Torres vs. Real Madrid
dumps replied to danvernon's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
Not sure whether it was a tactical thing or not but Lukaku played as that lone drogba like striker role whereas Torres was more of a rotating number 10, and sharing that striker role like it was an in play rotation allowing the attacking mids to run in. that to me is a tactical thing to suit those strikers who are very different. I like this because it gives us two effective options to use when we need it. I also would say that was a bad game by Lukaku. i think on his day he would have come across a lot better. Maybe because it was a big team? i dunno, a hat trick Vs man united on the last day of the season seems to suggest he doesnt care about the team he's facing... -
How do i delete the thread?
