QUOTE Giuseppe Rossi would consider a move to Chelsea Football Club, according to his agent. Whilst the former Manchester United striker is happy with Villarreal, his agent, who rates the player at €25million, states the Blues are one of the teams he would consider joining. "Rossi is worth between €25million and €28million for his age and for the things he has done so far," Federico Pastorello told GR Parlamento. "He is fine at Villarreal. "After Villarreal, he would be happy at Milan. However, he wouldn't mind Real Madrid, Barcelona or Chelsea as it wouldn't make a big difference to him."
Nicolas Burdisso is not on the verge of joining Chelsea, according to his agent.
The Blues have been heavily linked with the Inter Milan defender this summer, but reports that a deal is on the verge of being agreed for the Argentine is wide of the mark.
"We know nothing about it," agent Fernando Hidalgo told FcInterNews. "Inter have not communicated anything and every day there is always room for fantasy in the papers.
"I hear from him daily. Nicolas has said time and again that he wants to stay at Inter. If something new will come up, we will evaluate it. But, to date, there is nothing."
Chelsea winger Florent Malouda is aware of interest from European champs Barcelona.
El Mundo Deportivo says while Malouda has pledged his commitment to Chelsea since the arrival of Carlo Ancelotti, he is seriously thinking about a move to the Nou Camp.
Barca believe they can prise Malouda away from Chelsea for as little as £12 million, with the French winger now inside the final two years of his current deal.
