This was already a tough game even without losing to Sunderland at home. I think now comes the backlash that we didn´t strengthen the squad in the summer transfer window with another defender and another attacking midfielder/striker. lets just hope that our "first 11" is fit again. if i look on our fixture list i get really nervous.

If there are reasons to let Ray go, fair enough. But there is something in the way how to deal with the kind of problems at Chelsea. Letting him go immidiatly and with no statements towards that ? I don´t know, but it makes the club look like the villain, i cannot put my finger on it, but i think we´ve had these situations before.

Steve Clark would be the only real improvement after letting WIlkins go.... That is really sad, Ray is a humble and down to earth typ of guy, just what we needed ! He stepped in when things were going crumble, and he helped Carlo setteling in to achieve what we recently achieved. Sad day, really.
