By trust worthy i mean the way he presents himself, its not like hes the top insider in europe or something, he just tends to may report the big things first, he reports rumors and in a proffesional way that comes off as more trust worthy. Read his blog, he has some very good articles about everything.
-
We will see what happens then, as these are rumors, one can get out of them what he/she desires. It will be hard for a madrid fan to know, because real madrid will keep their mouth shut until BANG they get someone. Lets see what happens.
-
As soon as i even saw sahins name there, the article turns invalid. Balague is far more credible than the english version of marca. Rumors are rumors though, balague is far more trust worthy with what he says though. I recommend you visit his blog if interested.

Hm what a tease..id look for someone better but the options seem a bit limited.

You are just jealous cause my teams can actually play football, and not hoofball, go and sink with your trophies..muahahah Seriously though, the self-indulging and hatred, and trolling in this thread is quite entertaining. Oh arsenal...the failure..

I dont know the rules about how the english system works, but is it that if modric sends in a transfer request, the club cant say no? If so then its the correct time for chelsea to pounce at full swing if interested right? Ballague stated that his sources tell him that he has all but finalized a deal with madrid in personal terms, sounds a bit incredibule as its debatable on how true this can be, but its called a rumor for good reason, and ballague isnt known for publishing some of the worst, quite the contrary. http://www.guillembalague.com/blog_desp.php?titulo=Madrid%20in%20contact%20with%20Modric,%20but%20United%20and%20Chelsea%20monitoring%20situation&id=658 Who knows, we arguably have good relations after the van der vaart signing, we also could send lass in the transfer exchange as well, or granero as i see mourinho having no problem by sending a very similar player of less quality in exchange for an acm who can play as a cm, with much more quality and not much to lose. If mourinho wants him, 70 percent chance he gets him. Mourinho doesnt make too many tactical mistakes if any when it comes to serious team building. There are other factors which you can read about in the article by ballague him self if your interested. But apparently, we are Pole Position, and will be if interested, theres no argument other than modric wanting a more secure chance of starting and wanting to stay in the epl which i can call concrete to say other wise. Madrid will pay more to all parties in any case. Stating facts regarding modric's possibilities.

On another note, i never would have actually thought italy would eliminate germany, there was the big chance but i believed in zie germans..oh well, poor mesut and sami, i expect ramos, casillas, alonso, arbeloa, to do well, but i want italy to win..hopefully pique or alba make an own goal It would be interesting if cassano, the ex madridista kills spain off. -

I think that what you are saying is that great balance and respect is needed in various forms in a team, and i truly agree with that. You cant and shouldnt always build and fill your teams with superstars with big ego's that cant work in a competent team and to top it off with a incompetent manager and management.Real Madrid 2004-2006 was one of the worst management periods in relevent football history that i can remember, and the failure to a certain extent of the galactico's project, left the club with an unfixable (for now) image in a certain context of course, regarding how this club deal with it self. If you look at how we function right now though, theres no way to improve, its almost immaculate for me. Real Madrid 07-09 was also filled with bullsh@t but to a lower extent, we did have that clown calderon at charge.. Perez came in with stupid crap too by throwing robben and sneijder to the garbage bin, but i dont really regret that to a degree as one might think. His biggest mistake is buying kaka which led to the leaving of sneijder, the fact that they were calderon's star buys and not his, also meant he wanted a revolution at madrid. 09/10 perez brought the bulk players, 10/11 mourinho arrived and brought some more players to complete it more, 11/12 we gave it our first run in top form and could have won a treble as far as im concerned, and bear in mind the team is still young. Makalele, Del Bosque, Hiero, Mcmanaman, went out. Beckham in.. Signified the falling of madrid for quite some time as we preffered money and fame over brains and respect in many ways. Chelsea has had some bad years too in management, scolari, grant, youre lucky it wasnt as bad as our situation, and you had a very good bulk of players. -

Its part of my vocabulary, i didn't mean it in a degrading context though, ill try to remove it from my usual vocabulary, if its annoying ok? And anyways, several guys have come here to have nice discussions with me about real, just as i decided to join an entire forum to learn about chelsea ( should get better once this boring transfer thing goes by as i have stated countless times before), i decided to put this place incase anyone cares for it, and apparently some do. So ya... :blue scalf: -

Regarding the dream formation topic, i couldnt elaborate as i was getting rushed to leave somewhere, the point spiegel is that that team you posted would be in no way a dream formation for ME, using mourinho's players, because its just not effective enough, and it makes sense really, id rather have something as vertical and fluid as the current real madrid, with a bit of tweaks to improve it, instead of that kind of static midfield, its not the best formation and i think i explained it well. Let me reiterate now that i have time, my formation would most likely be.. Casillas-Better than Cech In My Opinion. Maicon- Could defend well, and attack superbly, another cole, and id rather have that than be limited to the defending of zanetti. Carvalho-Could put ramos in the future as i like ramos' ability to attack, his balls towards the attack, and his headers are amazing. Lucio-Ramos could be the ball playing cb, and lucio that indestructible pillar, id prefer him over terry and pepe, or samuel. Cole- Coentrao could make a case, marcelo if he defended could too, but cole @ prime is one of the best ever imo. Alonso-Spreads balls majestically although his mobility is faulty, maybe i could put lampard but i dont know how good he would be in that kind of cm role, i think sahin could break into this line up if he shows his worth which he will, as he can be as good as alonso and even better as he has great mobility, and is great at age 23. Ballack-could bring balance, recover balls, and do a majestic job. Robben-Without his frame made out of glass, is a no brainer, a midfield of sahin ballack, and a defense such as that one would be more than enough to be free of the need to have a VERY hard working winger, robben tracks back enough. Ozil- part of jose's most creative team ever, a no brainer for me. Ronaldo- Meh, ill put him albeit he could cause some problems. Eto'o- Sorry drogba but eto was just simply the best at his top. -----Casillas---- Maicon--Carvalho--Lucio--Cole Alonso--Ballack- Robben-Ozil-Ronaldo Eto'o with a 433 possibility as well, im talking about a permanent line up btw. Subs: Drogba, Cech, Cambiasso, Zanetti, Terry, Coentrao, Lampard, Joe Cole, Sahin. Maybe Sniejder. -

I have to say that, that formation looks very nice defensively, and if you compare it to his inter side its of the same breath and style, and its defensive as you have decided to valuate mourinho's defensive desires huh? I can concept, regarding his recurring positions, and what you evaluate as his desires, and let me tell you that at prime, thats a team capable of winning cl no doubt, if inter did it, that marvel could maybe dominate the planet but im not entirely convinced... I prefer a more vibrant style of football, pressure up high, counter attack, verticality, and that midfield is far too static..you have to look at how play roles work...during tough games against barcelona, would that formation be able to go mano a mano like real madrid 11/12 has..get more shots on target than barcelona even though they have 40 percent and lower possesion..of course you could still win with that team, but things get a bit less proactive, that midfield is static, you cant really send all that too many balls, i would have put ballack in there at the very least, makalele was a dm with very little chance of going all too forward or sending any powerful balls, same with cambiasso, hes there to steal the ball, so you have little to no creation in the midfield, and on top of that makalele's arsenal has become a bit less (impressive) at the very least, since his times, nowawdays people want versatile people, not just rocks who only steal or recover the ball. Inter had sneijder to move up fast and spray balls, as he played deeper against barcelona, how would lampard, or cole, or eto get any service, if there are two garden rocks behind them? and then when it comes to the attack..its ok, there have been better players than cole under his disposal, i havent watched him play too much at prime, but i assume he was good defensively for you to put him there? id still put robben in my team because my team wouldnt have the liability of not having support, and would be dressed in another fashion, to be powerful enough to score goals, and play its own game against a phenom like barca, like madrid, and we are still improving, and particularly young. I have to leave quicly soon, but before i do ill post a quick team, real madrid under jose has been perfect imo, more goals than anyone, little conceded to a certain degree, hes having the best stats in his career, and madrid's, the man sure knows how to adapt. And by the way read this. http://www.zonalmark...diola-mourinho/ mourinho's formation was good, but there were other factors that tell me, that wouldnt happen 10 out of 10 times if they faced again. my quick formation as i leave for half the day.. Casillas Zanetti Carvalho Lucio Cole Ballack Alonso Sneijder Robben Drogba Eto'o or Casillas Zanetti Carvalho Lucio Cole Alonso Ballack Robben Ozil Ronaldo Drogba Lampard is a great player but i have my own style, ozil has attributes that lampard doesnt, so this is why this is a more personalized idea of my dream team, but i can understand the reasoning behind yours speigel. -
Youd have to elaborate because im still lost as to what any of that could mean..
-
Theres so much wrong in that article..how much hes changed in 12 months?? wtf... Chelsea=barcelona in blue?!!! FFs, even the spanish tabloids come up with better stuff.

I was watching a video on youtube comparing mourinho vs guardiola, the poster posted a "dream formation" of recurring stars from mourinho's teams..rate this team as it is identical as posted by the poster.. @ prime each and every one of them by the way. ----------Casillas------------- Maicon-Carvalho-Lucio-Cole Robben-Alonso-Sneijder-Ronaldo --------Drogba-----Eto'o -

Fabio cannavarro is actually thought of as a joke by many italian fans them selves, and fans overall as they condemn his victory of the balon d or.For me maldini is the defender with the best history in the game, what a titan. Pique is actually very good i wont get into details but dont take him too lightly. What i can tell you though is that carvalho is one of my favorite defenders ever but that running style he has, is far too how should i put it.. eccentric... for anyone that is bored, here are some videos which might leave you astonished with the quality of our wonder kid, varane, and the hero him self, mr ramos. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gaGbydDe4VM http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hjKlNO4Jmwg -

Question , im interested in how you see this... judging on a player like ramos, or luiz, how many more years would you say that a defender of that class and quality has in " the top quality zone" what do you think is the age where the significant drop for defenders of that class is? -

Regadring today's madridista's performances, i thought arbeloa, ramos, casillas, alonso all did pretty well, alonso dissapointed me for as long as i can remember with his penalty, hes my favorite player though and if i would to ever get my wish granted to magically play like a player, it would be like him. Coentrao and pepe also did well, and i didnt think ronaldo did BAD, or HORRIBLY, until the very end where he didnt step up, what a shame. I want germany to win the euro now, they have the tools to do so. Lets go mesut. Ronaldo wanted to take the last penalty and get the headlines, he put his trust on his team mates and they failed him, but if i was coach i would have known that starting with a bang would help greatly. I cant believe how unprepared so many top teams look when taking penalties including real madrid this seasonm i would have thought they could have done more to avoid sending balls into earth's orbit (ramos). -

Im back now, i made a video on the man.. He's my hero in a way, and i admire him overall for many reasons. Id rather not talk about stonehenge era managers when talking about greats under a certain context, i see it from a realistic point, theres no way the managers and coaches from back then would know as much as the top class managers of today , but thats only one facet of the puzzle. It makes sense really. I would never take a borg, laver, mcenroe, over a nadal, federer, djokovic, you can compare their legacy but not their ability, the present and future will always succeed to be better. Just how id never take real madrid 1950's over real madrid 2012. Things change, and generally for the better. @ ollie, i couldnt care l less for the previous topic,as i had said everything i needed and i doubt anything of worth would be said from anyone afterwards regarding that topic.
