Yeah, in some way I agree with you however we would be left with Enzo, new DM, Kovacic (injury prone, won't be better), Kante (finished) and bunch of unproven youngsters (Hall, Chukwumueka, Casadei, Santos, Webster etc). We would still need more depth if we want to play 3 in the middle. Unless Mount will learn how properly play as midfielder.

Why would Real sell Camavinga, they are playing 3/4 in the midfield, Modric and Kroos are old and need some rest, Tchouameni is injured, Ceballos is not good enough, so Camavinga is their only depth option at MF.

Also though Guehi and Tomori are capable of having very good match now and then, they are not so great on regular basis. They would be heavily exposed in Chelsea.

That's why Broja signed an extension till 2028, and Gallagher is already important rotation player. Colwill so far is having disappointing loan spell because of Brighton very good start of the season. Unfortunately no player from current youth teams looks like is ready to make a step to the 1st team, Lewis Hall is propably the closest one, hopefully Hutchinson and Casadei will progress nicely later in the season.

So if Nkunku is not a typical CF and winger won't we have another problem with finding him optimal position in our squad like with Havertz and Timo?
