I think so. Because once he missed the pen another touch has been taken so no assist has been made. Same as if he was fouled for a free kick and the guy crosses it in and the keeper saves it and someone taps it in the assist goes to the free kick taker, and since they don't give assists to the person who scored the goal benteke gets the goal and no one gets the assist as benteke technically assisted himself. I think...

He won't get the assist. Because he missed the penalty...

Because lukaku has competition with BA and torres both of whom had worse pre seasons than Romelu. In midfield we have tons of options including some of the best in the world who (at least on paper are better). It would take a brave man to start moses over hazard mata oscar KDB, in the first game of the season. (ofc mata probably won't for obvious reasons.)

Yeah. No way he should play in tommorrow game over him but if he performs better than him of course he deserves to start. I'm just saying going of pre season can be deceptive in either way. Good or bad. He has done well and he will get his chance this season. But two great pre season games doesn't get him ahead of KDB who also had a great pre season.

If your going of pre season then KDB should be picked over hazard and Oscar, as he was easily our best/second best player in preseason. But we all know that hazard doesn't really give a shit in friendlies. Moses has played well and if he starts showing it in these games then he can push to start. But no way he would play in front of KDB in my opinion. Not that it should really matter against hull. But if we are talking about our best team then I would put KDB over moses.

Yeah that's ok til he comes on as a sub for just 1 min and you get 1 point lol. Everton haven't been great away from home but I think they should well score against Norwich and get at least a point.

This is what I am predicting though we haven't been so unsure of a starting lineup in a long time.

I'm reliably informed that Pailinho was injured or unavailable for a lot of preseason and my Spurs mate really rates him but he may end up playing deeper. Man city just have too many quality striker/wide man options that it's tough to pick and will have to share a lot of points between them. So your probably right there. Man city's team is looking very good i must say especially with all their new recruits they have brought in. And chelsea wise, I have gambled with the belgians hazard (obv not a gamble), KDB, and lukaku. But I can easily transfer one of those out after our double game week if it would appear Jose is gonna go with a certain Spanish bloke.

Been sorting it out over the last 2 days... Still unsure lol... Need some opinions: Countinho or Navas? And would you have Bony, Countinho and Metresacker or Aguero, Paulinho, a shitty 4.5 mil defender i.e. garrido? I'm liking the rest of my lineup as it is quite balanced. With a wide spread of teams which is often my downfall.
