I wouldn't say worst, because i personally rate willian as a very good player.... But definitely the most confusing considering we have better players than him already. I wouldn't have minded if we got him instead of schurrle as then we would have lots of depth and quality. But schurrle and Willian on top of KDB coming back in our strongest area just makes no sense. Seems like a waste of money when we could spend that on a very good central midfielder or add a bit to it and sort out the striker position. I personally can't see it happenning, because Jose isn't stupid and has openly said about his striker target.

Not sure whats more entertaining... Bushman vs Stats or Special Juan vs Rmpr. Anyway... I think this is United vs Chelsea or have i entered the wrong thread.

Maybe, but Oscar seems to be the obvious contender for adapting an AM into a deeper role.

If we are willing to buy a player we don't need for 37 mil after already buying schurlle rather than just putting that towards rooney or modric or a midfielder then we are kind of crazy, though it would be funny on the spurs front. Yeah. Tottenhams team is shaping rather nicely tbh. I would say if they sign Willian their current team is better than it was last season. Ofc they won't have that huge gamechanger who saved them many times last season. But they shouldn't need to be saved that many times with the team they are building. Definitely no longer a one man team. And tbh in a weird kind of way it is quite nice to see that the pull of the premier league etc is still there and strong as the 5th place team last year is able to get these players. Ofc its technically bad for us as the competition gets even better but the premier league gets stronger which to me anyway matters. Its the same reason why you get more satisfaction from beating united, than you do from beating accrington stanley. It's like when you play a game. You could win on the easy difficulty no problem but you don't you make it hard for yourself as the satisfaction and enjoyability of the game is much higher.

Wilshere will start but he may be played a bit deeper thnan his preffered position. He is in my team simply because of his price and tobecause of his assist and bonus point potential, making him value for his low price even if he isn't gonna play that advanced. A bit Yaya toure like.

I have distin in my team. But i can't see him scoring. And at least zabeleta gives me a chance at having a big gameweek if he can get a goal/assist and obviously keep a clean sheet.

Baines has a better chance of scoring, though zabeleta should have scored in the last game. But west brom could well score vs everton wheras i can't see cardiff doing that even at home.

He kind of worked his magic. If it wasn't for RVP then swansea could have easily got a point.

Went through just for fun and re-did my whole team if i was to use the wildcard. And basically the result was having pretty much no defence. I also have a slight issue in that lukaku has gone down 0.1mil which may as well be 0.5 mil as it means if i get rid of him i can only buy a 7.5 mil player, and not an 8 mil one. Gonna do as i said and let it ride, hope lukaku gets the start vs man utd and impresses then i can keep him and his value will go back up. I fear the benteke situation will be another Michu. Everyone was jumping on the Michu bandwagon and i hesitated and then after 3 weeks i was like, well i have come this far no point joining it now. And that was my downfall. Obviously will have to wait til after gameweek 3 but i might have to get on board the train early. Hopefully loads of people quickly put him in now before realising he doesn't play W3.

Next week i think i am gonna take a bit of a gamble and make Zabeleta my captain assuming they can keep a clean sheet vs cardiff. Because we have united away obviously and RVP has to play against us. Only 2 of my team is at home.
