For once i agree with piers morgan... And after what he said there was a petition for him to be deported from gun activists claiming he was attacking the second amendment. lol.

My feeling towards torres are pretty well known to most on here, and i think we do need a new striker going forwards as he isn't Back and his performances still leave a lot to be desired. However, the fact remains he is still a chelsea player and i want to see us score... If its through him then that is great, very few think that torres is back after scoring a few goals and he is not the very top striker he once was. But if he wants to keep contributing towards the teams goal tally then that is fine with me.

A lot of it is just BS, like how the JT thing dragged for a year.... Really. Give him a fine, and a ban and move on. If that is a criminal case then there will be so many criminal cases for name calling it will be unbelievable. He said my mum is a cunt... Ok, then thats bring out the jury and waste tax payer money. The irony is extremely high and makes zero sense to me. Also what is with Ex-players coming out saying the problem is worse... Back then racism was a regular thing, and it was much worse, but obviously not many people cared. or they didn't have enough of a voice to show their discontent.. There have been many sitcoms in years gone by, before my time, where they used to call black people all sorts of names. Many of which won't get shown on british tv today.

Yeah, but it at least gives a big indication of what is going on... People see someone play well and say we should buy x,y,z. But Falcao is realistic and that is why a lot of people are getting excited about the potential. If we were linked to cavani everyone would be going crazy probably including me hoping we sign him, but i am not going to say i would rather have this that or the other when there is an extremely minute chance we will get them atm... Obviously things change, but i am sure everyone has a list as long as their arm of players they would like to see us buy. As someone also said People really like the idea of getting lewandowski, but we are nowhere near the front of the queue for him and although we may like to think we can buy anyone the fact is we cant, as players don't want to move get better deals, want to go elsewhere or our club isn't interested.

Daniel sturridge will score a lot of goals for liverpool and i guarentee we will look at it as a quality player that got away... I hope i am wrong and i hope he doesn't all of a sudden make liverpool better...

But the difference is that we are strongly linked to falcao with bookies giving odds of evens on us getting him, wheras, other than people saying we want him there is little specualtion of cavani going or us bidding for him. If we were interested then people would be getting as excited... The same way messi is better than both of them but no one talks about getting him because it is never gonna happen.

Yeah, he is strong, powerful, has pace and has a great finish, all for 2mil. He is obviously not the finished article but he maybe reminds me of young Drogba... Still extremely early but he has a lot of potential.

Higuain seems to be under rated on here imo and whilst I would rather have Falcao he would still be a very good signing though I haven't seen much evidence to suggest we are seriously linked to him, except reports he is unhappy at Madrid due to being sat on the bench for a lot of the season.

Definitely, it also means that he knows he has more protection so is less likely to make more mistakes because he has a bit more freedom... He is also physical, fast and got that flair, i really want to see him get a long spell in that role. Should be a great thing to see...

Yeah before the game started i said that i liked the lineup and seeing david luiz in the midfield is something that many people have wanted to see for a long time which he has started to implement.

Yeah if it is walcott plus a proper striker then that is fine, i just hope its not an either or situation and we just go for walcott if we cant get falcao.

Beasty goal... up until then he was great, especially of the ball creating space for everyone and ensuring we had a moving front line. Great performance and rightly a big contender for MOTM.

Great debut for him, a real shame he couldn't convert the penalty but lets be honest he is not our penalty taker and i was more impressed about his pass to put ramires in about 5 mins after he came on... Great debut, the only way is up for him, and another talented brazilian...

Imagine even if he got a one year deal he would be very likely to break the all time goalscoring record, and that is something i would celebrate like winning a cup final...
