Told you all Romeu is good
-
GO ON MATA!
-
Dirtier than Stoke
-
LOL that 'cross' from Torres. Weaker than a baby.
-
Commentator: "Torres used to be prolific." Well no fucking shit.
-
Piece of shit commentator. "The $50million dollars they paid for him" (referring to Hazard). What an absolute fucking cunt. 1: He's English. 2: We're English. 3: France don't use dollars; neither do us. Anything to make us sound bad.
-
Point proven. That Luiz pass to Mata - Lovely. We need that coming from the CENTRE OF MIDFIELD THOUGH, not defence.
-
We've become the team with no Plan B.
-
Should've put Luiz in the centre to partner Ramires when Romeu came off; Ivan in the centre and Azpi on at right back.
-
Torres is currently standing behind Hazard... behind Mata... just ahead of Cole...
-
It looks almost as if Luiz is man marking while Cahill is zonal marking. Needs to be the other way around.
-
2 right backs and a left back on the bench..... zero centre backs......and one of those right backs was finding the form of his life. Why? just why?
-
I hope Wickham doesn't magically live up to his previous billing of "the next Rooney" today. Knowing our luck though, he will.
-
Hmm. Why Ivan ahead of Azpi exactly? Would've preferred Azpi's pace vs. Johnson (assuming he starts).

I believe going after Lewandowski would be a terribly risky move. Here's why (based on lots of 'ifs' and 'buts' etc.):- I believe he is perfectly built for the Bundesliga, and the Bundesliga is built for him. Just like Kezmen and the Eredivisie fit like a glove. Lewandowski is at a team which has a great work rate, great chemistry, great fans, great stadium, great board, great players - everything needed to make a striker a success. If he transferred here, he'd instantly have the pressure of being a big money signing. He'd be in a lazy team (no offence to our players, but I personally feel that Mikel, Cech, Mata, Torres, even Ramires) are some of more players who have let their hunger, desire and work rate drop. He gets great service in the Bundesliga. Despite our attacking trio getting more chances to fall in the way of Torres, it's still not enough. Other areas of the team need work before a striker will truly be prolific here. Borussia Dortmund is simply the perfect team for Lewandowski. The team also play for him and to his strengths - much like Atletico Madrid do with Falcao. This makes me feel that his actual 'not-so-greatness' is masked. Look at Kagawa and Sahin as 2 examples of almost everything mentioned above. Pretty much all of that could be applied to these two as well (although out of the 3, I believe Kagawa has the most potential and will end up being the best at adapting etc.) Kagawa and Sahin haven't even been half the players they were at Dortmund. It's no magical loss of form which will be found with their new teams. It's because Dortmund. Was. Perfect. For. Them. Just as it is for Lewandowski. Also, has anyone even thought about this? - Maybe he wouldn't want to leave a team which he probably realises is perfect for him too? Or that Dortmund aren't going to let their best striker leave with only a back-up striker left in the squad? Yeah.

I don't see Klopp leaving Dortmund for us. He has great youth coming through; is doing great in the Champions League; is picking up pace again in the Bundesliga after 2 league wins in a row; has arguably the best player in the league in his team (Reus, unless you consider one of the Bayern Munich players to be better than him), speaks the language obviously as he's German, works at a team with an incredible support and loud crowd (face it guys; we're like a library unless it's a big CL night), and the list could go on and on. Klopp should be staying at Dortmund for quite a long time. I don't see Guardiola joining us either. Whether we want to consider ourselves as this or not; we are a rival to Barcelona when it comes to Europe and a huge amount of their players, ex-players, fans and staff despise us. Why would Guardiola risk losing hero status in Barcelona just to earn a bit extra cash over here? Our club is against everything he believes in. His philosophy vs. our board's arrogance, ignorance, impatience etc. would be potentially disastrous. It makes most sense for him to join AC Milan. His reps have already had meetings with AC Milan I believe. They're now about bringing through their youth, they want to play attractive football, have a glorious history, they have a decent board with great coaches (aside from perhaps the medical staff), and a little 'wonderkid' (to some) in the form of El Shaarawy who could be fun to work with. They also have a great derby vs. Inter. Pep loves a derby! I don't see Mourinho joining us, but if I had to pick one of out the 3, I'd say he's most likely. Mou Mou has allot of pride. There is absolutely no way he'll leave Real Madrid without winning the Champions League. (No he's not going to get sacked. Well I doubt it anyway. It's just paper talk.) Managing at Real Madrid and failing to win the Champions League would put a huge dent in his legacy and would also be a big black mark against his name when debates of "the greatest manager of all time" are raised in the future. He doesn't 'love' this club. He loves the players.. most of which no longer even play for us. With Lampard and Terry also on the decline, this is in no way shape or form the Chelsea he managed; Cech & Mikel aside. His true 'love' in football is clearly Inter Milan. It's so obvious to see that it mentally hurts me when I rack my brain as to how people (Other Chelsea fans) think that Mourinho is in love with this club. Is it just because he lead us to success and was most of our fave manager in history that we overrate how much he actually liked his time here? I'm positive that if he returns to England, it will indeed be to Manchester with him. Next season, I doubt we'll have anyone who's considered a 'top manager' right now. Either we'll get an ex 'top manager' who's out of contract; a highly rated and astute manager who manages a national side or lead a mid-table team to decent success and caused them to punch above their weight (think Bielsa at Athletic Bilbao), or we'll unfortunately stick with Rafa. It makes no sense for a manager to manage us when you look at our current situation unless he is motivated by money, or simply has a desire to manage in the Premier League and will take any chance he can get. Realism people!

I had a dream that this game ended 7-1 (no idea to which team) and that Lampard decided to shock us all and retire, leading to me crying until I couldn't breathe. What an odd dream. But I also dreamed that Lukaku scored 4 (i think) today.
-
Apparently he's scored more goals than Rooney this season. He should be starting up-front for England IMO.
-
I farking love Juan. Every game, good or bad, he's climbing up my 'all time favourite players' list.
-
Despite me strongly believing that he's not good enough to coach a very top club (I have zero reason to believe he can develop good players into great players, be innovative with tactics etc.), I miss him an awful lot. Sometimes I wish we were a slightly smaller club again, but still challenging the top 4 - (like just before Roman came) so we could afford to not have 'the best coach in world' etc. at the helm.
