i actually like Big Sam, i wouldn't mind him being are next manager either
-
if they're not showing it on setanta then i cant see it
-
we have a lot of excellent freekick takers at Chelsea which is great, but like Ollie said, Lampsy wont leave them. i really hope he will, when he comes back. we are horrible at corners, we should really score more considering we've got Ballack and Alex not to mention JT. I guess Belletti should just take them, seeing as no one else's really any good. and with pens Lampsy is going great, Sheva and Micha are awesome as well, i can finally say we dont have a problem
-
ugggh. I don't like us playing Wigan, but its better than Yernited's
-
Why do we have such long injuries?? seriously though, JT cant stay fit for 2 months.
-
sorry but i had to post this up: i love when players do that! Didi just made that kids day i didnt watch the game, but from what i heard we were awful. buuuuut we won! and Everton lost so they wont be that confident comming into our game on Tues. +++ Drogba is back, not sure if he'll be playing but at least he is back.

Blackburn 1-4 Coventry
-
I'm sure we'll buy some sort of midfielder during the transfer window, so why not loan him? its better than having him come on for the last 3 min or even worse, play the whole match.
-
I really do think we need someone better then Ben Haim and he seems he deffo is. plus he is young which is great
-
GOD NO!!! Bridgey is great! and why would we sell him to Liverfool anyways? BOOO!!
-
golly, I think Rafa will be on his way out soon if they are drawing with the likes of Wigan at home. aww and poor Derby, they have got to get a point sometime sorry I should have never have doubted the mightey BlueLion. lol.
-
omg he does, well lets hope plays just as well as him (in his prime)
-
We all know that Clarke and Ten Cate have an influence on the team, but no one knows how much really, give the man some credit.
-
Why thank you BL, and yes Sheva is amazing isn't he? Ballack steped up yesterday which was really great, I think we need more Germans, they are so big and intimidating And I love that we have Alex as well, he really is a big threat in the box, maybe now we could start scoring from corners again. Yess! I love that we are learning how to score w/o Drogba and Lampard, or rather just proving that we can.
-
Sorry for interrupting the Lampard-Ballack debate but I'm gonna talk about the game now  gosh, I hate that Chelsea have such early kick offs, the game was on at 7:45am in the US I was seriously exhausted! OK the game, like everyone else said, we were crap in the first half and then we stem rolled them in the second. maybe Grant's half time half talk is improving well, apparently people were worried about conceding late, but I wasn't really worried. they were kind of running at us but I didn't think anything meaningful was going to come out of it. but I guess better safe than sorry. Ballack was awesome today and I think SWP was too. so yays 3 points with a depleted squad, lets hope we can keep it up and hope for some dropped points by the 2 above.
-
seriously, when is this thing going to get moved? everyone agrees that is at a bad time in the year. come on FIFA!
-
I kind of LOVE it!!! is there a tune that goes with it?
-
aww...that was very sweet of him, I guess we have no premadonnas at Chelsea omg if I dont meet Sheva once in my life, my life wont be comeplete

Agent: Berbatov ready to quit Tottenham Dimitar Berbatov wants to leave Tottenham if a suitable offer from a club 'which matches his ambition' comes in during the January transfer window, according to comments attributed to the Bulgarian star's agent. The striker has rediscovered his stunning form for Spurs in recent weeks and fired four goals in the 6-4 win over Reading on Saturday. However, his agent Emil Dantchev claims the player is keen to join a team with greater trophy-winning potential than the north Londoners. Spurs chairman Daniel Levy has insisted they are not a selling club, but Dantchev is reported to have told The Sun: 'I have already spoken to the Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy and told him that if a club which corresponds to Dimitar's class and ambition comes in with an offer which suits his current club in January, he would like to be allowed to go. 'I would like to stress this is not about money, this is about sporting ambition, nor has it anything to do with the new manager Juande Ramos. Dimitar is perfectly happy with Ramos and the way he is working but after Tottenham's bad start to the season it is unlikely they will have the chance to do something big this season.' Manchester United have been linked with Berbatov in the past, but Spurs have always been firm in stating he is not for sale. Dantchev added: 'Dimitar is OK at Tottenham. I would not say he is happy but his performances for the club are a testament to his commitment to the fans and his team-mates. He has never stopped trying and scoring goals to help the team. 'Fans must understand Dimitar is 27 next month and time is running out for him to play for a club which can match his ambition. 'It is a long-term plan for Spurs. Dimitar wants to fulfil his potential and win trophies now. He would definitely consider a move outside of England, that is not the issue. What matters is a club which matches his ambition and his level, and therefore there are only five or six around Europe. Two clubs outside of England and one from the Premier League are interested in him.' Levy said yesterday: 'Once again for the record, we are not a selling club, rather we are building for the future. When we have players on long contracts we have no need to entertain offers.' soccernet.com
