Leif, true mate, I said in my first post in TC in the new members section that I was a follower of Torres since his time of Atletico. So I don't see a problem about that, do you? To all the others, you have your reasons, I just hope we wont regret it if he leaves.

Okay, to you Shane it may not be a so-so time, but to me that's just what it is - inconsistency, with some good level, MOTM performances and huge droughts. CHOULO, I don't know what's your opinion about Torres. From what I've read you want him out since some time. That's fine. Even though I'm a 'Torres fanboy' for 5 years now, I have the head on my shoulders and I know when he's world class and when he's a Championship striker at best. I can see that, believe me. I don't know how can I say it more clearly. Every time some 'shocking miss' happens, all the bad things about him from the past year pop out in the comments here. Aren't you guys tired yet? I don't want to be mean to anybody, and sorry if I am, but I'm just in terrible mood since yesterday + at school everyone is fucking with me as if it was me who missed the chances. It's evident some Chelsea fans had enough of Fernando and want him to leave (fair enough, can't blame them), but stating it again and again isn't really helping. Support him or leave it without making things worst.

That's what I'm trying to say. If he has to leave it's for the so-so time he endured in blue shirt, not for the fucking Italy game everyone is talking about. It really looks like some of you were just waiting for him to mess things up, so you can diss him.

That's just so sad. It's like you guys are just looking for a reason to kick him out of the club, I don't even want to read the past 10 pages. Just can't see the logic behind all this: He has a mediocre season with Chelsea and you're like 'he'll be firing next season, we got Hazard blablabla', later he plays some shitty minutes with Spain and you start moaning about him. I'm just so pissed off, that chip went too high, because if it was half metre lower everyone around here would have been deifying him. Please just don't quote me saying I'm making excuses. FFS I watched the game, and I am saying it straight away, he did nothing except of blowing 2 opportunities. It's just like some of you are really hypocrite when it's about Torres.

That is true, mate. Torres on the pitch and suddenly there is space and opportunities. Terrible trying to round Buffon and unlucky with the chip. Even though he could and probably should have passed to Navas. Since the miss, logically the confidence goes all the way down. As for the judging part, Del Bosque must be freaking insane to let Torres start after that performance. So, maybe we'll be lucky to watch 10 minutes of him per game... Im so pissed right now!!

He's one of the few names worthy to be considered as future Chelsea manager.

It's easily 4-2-3-1 with Iniesta ,Xavi, Silva and Torres upfront for Spain. Llorente coming of the bench or starting against well organised, defense minded teams. And Negredo, getting some minutes, so Del Bosque will justify his decision to bring him to the Euros. Good game agaist China, but should have scored that double chance he had At the Euros we're about to see the best Torres since 2009-2010

I think it really depends on the manager whether Lukaku is going to stay next season, or go on loan. But as he is so young, right now he really needs regular playing time. I hope he can find these minutes at Chelsea.

Both Negredo and Soldado ended badly the season. But I think Soldado deserved it far more than Negredo. When he re-debuted for Spain a couple of months ago, and scored a hattrick in 45 minutes, I really feared Torres would miss the Euros. I also feel for Adrian, because he looked like a good replacement for Villa, yesterday against Serbia. However, Del Bosque knows what he's doing. Maybe Llorente is the first choice for Spain now. But, also, they can play with a false 9, with Silva or Cesc occupying this position. It's not like they don't have options or something ...
