There's a strong indication he will try to get in to play with Spain, even may rush in too prematurely. Something is telling me, this is not a very good sign for Chelsea to sign him before the WC.

Several above posters pointed it out. Any team that has Hazard they build their team around him & I agree with it wholeheartedly. As for his heart being with Chelsea, we do not know much about it. He just pointed he wants to play football & not parking the bus.
