Arsenal are prioritising Declan Rice deal after the Conference League final. I know they had a deal in January but would they add 2 midfielders for over 100 mil? United are doing the Mount negotiation and need a striker. City are stocked and are adding Kovacic.

There is no other option. There are a short list of clubs in Europe who will pay the fee we want and could be an attractive proposition- Atleti (bailed us out with Morata), Bayern (may do only with Havertz) and perhaps PSG. The rest are the English clubs.
