Never expected to Pulisic and Ayoze Perez in the same sentence...

Based on Pulisic's recent performances, he definitely deserved to start today. It's a case of whether it'll be over CHO or Willian. Personally, I didn't think he would or should start simply because Burnley are a physical side and it's away from home. But hey ho, what do I know? Lampard has made the right choice and we're reaping the rewards. Another consideration is of course CHO's return from injury. Just came back from a serious one and it would have been asking a lot for him to play 3 in a row and against a physical side.

Pulisic definitely has earned a start but the question, IMO, is whether this is the right game for him to start. (seriously, where is Pedro?!) On a different note, I know we have a few injuries and therefore fewer options but Lampard's gotta be careful with overplaying some of the players. We'll be playing every 3-4 days right up till the next international break and I don't think Lampard will fully play the kids against United in the League Cup in midweek. So gotta be mindful a little in regards to rotating the players.

Think I was one of them. But TBF, I don't think this job makes Hasenhuttl a bad manager. He has done well with previous clubs. If anything, this may well just harm his reputation.
