Torres may have done those small little things well here and there but overall like I said, it's just decent/good. Not going to go overzealous-ly praising him for this especially when we have seen moments like this from Torres in the past. People have a tendency to over-exaggerate praises these days. No but I do not care whether what he wrote was right or wrong. Everyone have their own opinion, even you do. You immediately hurling abuse at him was utterly pathetic and needlessly. Not 100% sure about. City will pose way more threat than Schalke tonight and Cahill's positioning may still be a bit of suspect especially against Aguero and Negredo's movement.

Not taking anything away from him but games like where we set up to play on the counter, Cahill is almost the go-to-guy for it. Suits him best.

Decent performance overall. Was poor in the first half but improved in the second.

Took his goals well but his performance wasn't as great as people are making it out to be. Was good and nothing more. His performance against Spurs was better than this.

Dodgy performance especially in the first half but job well done overall. We needed that win tonight, got it and with something to spare.
